Last night, Wong Cho Lam opened the first night for his EEG and TVB organized Wong Cho Lam's Show Off Show at Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Wan Chai. Mani Fok, Ng Yue, Virgina Lok, Chapman To, Kristal Tin, Alvina Kong and Queenie Chu all went to support him.

Cho Lam started off the show with a hot song and dance, then he and two female audience played a game and gave them lovable hugs too. He also made some bad gags: "I was pretending to be a 'Streptococcus bacteria', scaring the little child so much he screamed for his mommy!" Cho Lam then did not forget to love his girlfriend, he said: "After watching the cartoon Maison Ikkoku, I really wanted to date, my girlfriend is just as sweet and gentle as Ms. Kyoko!"

Cho Lam's guest Joyce Cheng was disguised as Kate Tsui. Joyce and Cho Lam did a hot, sexy and chest-to-chest dance. Cho Lam feared the chest and covered his eyes! Joyce then did the splits and won applause from the audience. Adam Cheng was also present at the show to support his daughter.

Before ending the show, Cho Lam disguised himself as "Handelababy" and said that the role changed his life: "Before people said that my legs were short, thin, shrunk, but now they changed to praise them as awesome, hot! I want to say that my family genetics have no leg hair, so don't me if I shaved it. This time I almost fell into a depression for doing this show, I went online and found a song by Charlie. It was very inspirational to me." After that, he changed himself into a clown and said goodbye.

Queenie who went to support Cho Lam showed off her diamond ring designed by her boyfriend, she said: "It says 'CHANG' on it, which is my boyfriend's surname. (Getting married?) Both sides of the family wants to, my boyfriend also proposed to me several times, but we have not decided where to live after marriage."

Recently, Sonjia Kwok has been busy filming a costume drama in Hengdian and even had to spend her birthday at work. Fortunately a group of her loyal fans flew over to her location to visit the set and also celebrate with her. They cut the birthday cake with her and gave gifts, Sonjia was very happy, no wonder she expressed: "More than 10 fans especially flew over here. Besides Hong Kong, there are also fans from Taiwan and even Canada, I'm so touched! Actually there's not much to buy in Hengdian, but they are so smart, found a small cake to buy and celebrate with me."

As the local temperatures there reached 40 degrees C, Sonjia had to wear thick costumes for outdoor filming, fortunately she did not get a heatstroke. She said: "All thanks to the attentive fans, they gave me an ice pillow to pull on my neck, feels so comfortable. They also gave me a teddy bear, a cute doll that looks like me, fresh flowers and cake! So happy!"

Sonjia rarely has rumors in the last year, but she's still single. She said that she's not in a rush to date: "My family hasn't rushed me to marry because my older brother got married earlier. I do envy him, but there has to be fate when finding a boyfriend. As a person grows older, it's not as easy to have feelings towards someone. My birthday wish is good health. Although it's old-fashioned, but health is really important. Earlier my dad had some health issues, stomach bleeding, luckily he's ok now." As for ex-rumored boyfriend Michael Tao recently having a new love interest, she said: "No comment, it's none of my business!"

Outside of work, Sonjia went to Japan for a vacation with some friends earlier and even got to try driving a small airplane to challenge herself. She said: "This is one of my greatest wishes. Before I drove, the instructor was explaining to me for 50 minutes. Actually it's not too difficult, I even flew with my mom and brother. Although they said that it was a very stabled ride, I was still really scared, haha!"

Since leaving TVB, actor Lawrence Ng and producer Gary Tang collaborated in 2004’s ATV series Tearaway Doctor; then, 2 years ago, they collaborated again on the series Men of Justice, which is finally being aired on ATV this month.

With regard to ratings for Men of Justice, Lawrence admits that he does not think too much about it: “The series is being aired on ATV after all, so no matter how popular the series becomes, the ratings won’t be too high. However, at least the series gets a chance to air – there are a lot of audiences in mainland China and overseas, so hopefully more people get to watch it.”

Regarding previous reports about Gary Tang lacking confidence in ATV by saying that no one watches series that air on ATV, he clarified: “At that time, I said that it’s hard for ATV’s promotional clips to attract a wide audience – I didn’t say ATV is bad.” (Do you think it’s a waste of time then?) “No.”

Currently living in Beijing, Lawrence has indicated that he will only film 1 series per year, as he is busy with the startup of his own production company – a joint effort with his long-time friend Gary. Hoping to produce his first series at the end of the year, Lawrence stated: “I’m next-door neighbors with Eric Moo – his company already has a music department, so I will incorporate the television / film production part. We’ve already got sponsors willing to invest the money, so we’re basically just waiting for Gary’s script.” (Are you going to play your ‘friendship cards’ and ask other artists to participate?) “The series will consist of various short stories, each with its own storyline and characters, so I will ask many different people to participate. I’m already talking to Michael Tao and Bobby Au-Yeung – their schedules are very difficult to accommodate though, but we’ll see. As for myself, I will play the role of a forensic investigator.”

Earlier, after Gary wrapped filming on Men of Justice, reports surfaced that he still owed salaries to several people who worked for him and the matter was eventually taken up in court. Asked if he [Gary] is afraid the negative publicity will affect his future series, Lawrence could not help interjecting – smiling, he answered for his friend and business partner: “It actually affected me the most because it delayed him [Gary] getting me the script. Also, when I meet with other producers and financial sponsors to go over details about our upcoming series, as soon as I mention Gary’s name, they ask me whether it’s the producer who is being sued. But actually, it’s not too big of a problem – hopefully the ruling comes down soon.”

Lawrence also admits that being the producer and the boss of the company is exhausting, as there is a lot of work involved such as having to network with other business associates, asking friends if they are able to participate in the series, etc. Now that he has been on the other side, he points out that as an artist, it is very important to have a good boss. He recounted an instance back when he was filming a series for TVB when he was extremely sick, to the point that he could barely get out of bed, yet the upper management at TVB still called him and urgently insisted that he go in to work. In contrast, when he was filming Men of Justice, he had a fever one time and both the director as well as the producer told him to go home and rest first – definitely a huge difference.

Bobby Au-Yeung and Jessica Hsuan is a subtle pair: one is always in rush, but the other is slow-tempered. They work in harmony with each other and are good partners at work, even becoming good friends. After many years of working together, there is no doubt at their chemistry during work. Bobby's "quality," made Jessica to remove her "alert" and exposed her true self, in fact she is just a silly girl. From their conversation with laughs, it shows the understanding between partners, and also concerns between friends.

Before interview started, Jessica advised shooting photos with Bobby first. She had her foresight, because laughing during the 1-hour interview would ruin her make-up, and it won't be easy to re-apply.

Before "A Pillowcase of Mystery II," the two collaborated in "File of Justice," "A Recipe For the Heart," "Prosecution to a Witness," and "Dicey Business" etc. Jessica is Bobby's appointed partner. Originally she doesn't want to work in the summer, but producer lured her with "good partner," plus Bobby invited her personally, she agreed in the end.

Reminds to poop

Bobby, how come it has to be Jessica?

Bobby: "Only she matches me, older husband younger wife! I don't want to film with those who I haven't worked with before. If I can pick, of course I would pick someone compatible. It's happier to work with her. We play well, and can ease the atmosphere. She is also the guardian. I call her prefect, dealing specially to us lazy ghosts. More you age, lazier you get. Sometimes missing some motivation. If she isn't around, I might be late for a little. If she is here, then I would be at the place earlier. It creates a significant affect. Before filming, she would tell everyone don't play anymore and fix make-up. She also remind me to go poop." Jessica even knows Bobby's biological clock: he needs to use the restroom after eating.

No one steals "Jessica Hsuan"

Bobby exposed he once borrowed Jessica's prestige, making others don't dare to move his personal chair during filming outdoor scenes. They have a habit to putting outdoor chairs in the hall of TV city and other people always took them. Bobby bought a new chair and was afraid it would be stolen. Jessica advised to write "Jessica Hsuan" on the chair and she also added a skull logo. As expected, no one was dared to take this chair. Because everyone knows if it is she who lost the chair, she would definitely investigate to the end. Bobby joked he considers writing Jessica's name on his car; no one is dared to steal the car even when the key is plugged.

Facing Bobby, Jessica is as if her laugh acupuncture point is pressed, it's hard to imagine them filming romantic scenes

Jessica: "It might be harder to film romantic scenes, because couldn't hold laughter. It's definitely happier to film funny scenes, because everyone is dared to play, can perform freely. I once met some actors and they would say 'I won't do these...' before filming, very boring." When Bobby is vigorous, he would unleash his ability to be funny. Jessica said she once saw he was tired like a zombie after working 20-hours everyday. Under this circumstance, everyone won't have the mood to play.

Won't get mad being played

When Bobby and Jessica filmed "A Recipe For the Heart," they used "free play' to the limit. It was also Bobby's great work in teasing Jessica.

Bobby: "One scene Jessica faints, the scripts arranged me to wake her up with water. I first asked her whether she mind if I spit water on her face, she said she doesn't mind, she is very open. Then I asked John Tang to ask for a bucket of water and hid it behind make-up areas. When it was time to film officially, John and I splashed that bucket of water on her. This scene was like 'EYT,' she was scared and her back was all wet, this scene was broadcast on TV as well."

Jessica: "Even my bra got wet, and didn't prepare another one. I continued to work with my wet body. At that moment I just felt it was funny. I wasn't mad." It seems Jessica has a bigger tolerance to Bobby.

Westerner personality

Female artistes who worked with Bobby are believed to be teased and mocked by him. One of the classic jokes is he made fun of the chubby Halina Tam before, describing her as "Western District's floating corpse". Maybe he made fun of others too much, Bobby himself even forgot about it and joked Halina still got married in the end. He even asked Jessica whether he didn't make fun of her too much that's why she hasn't get married. He said he has to make fun of her more.

Bobby never angers Jessica. Outsiders are mistaken by her "strangers go away" image.

Bobby: "I've seen artists saying hi to her with a happy face, 'Hi Jessica' then left with a scared look. In fact she can be played, except touching her bottom line. It's another story of treating little animals badly. But she is someone who can play and be serious at the same time. And she hates others being late. We appointed tobe interviewed together at 3PM. I would received a call from her at 2:59PM, telling me in a gentle voice that she arrived. Sometimes it's a transparent pressure. She has a western personality, only right or wrong, nothing in between. But I don't think it's a problem."

Good to be frank

Jessica: "I think Bobby is like Garfield cat, very happy, nothing to worry. I envy him a lot. At work he can sleep at any place. When everyone just got on the car, he is already asleep. Also, friends should be frank with each other. One time I saw he fell asleep. When we had to film, I went over and slapped him to wake up. He was scared and he jumped up, telling me don't wake up someone like that, it would scare him to death. I'm happy Bobby is honest. If it was other people, they might not talk about it in front of me but behind m back. Now I remember forever, I can only call someone to wake up when they're asleep."

Bobby and Jessica is a happy pair and it's one of their requirements of filming a series, need to find a good partner, their joy would influence others. "A Pillowcase of Mystery II" is a series that hasn't been said plagiarized and also have good ratings and feedback. Saying Bobby is rating's lucky general, actually viewers know how to pick a good series.

Teresa expressed that she returned to Hong Kong (from Canada) about 2 weeks ago and emphasized that the primary reason for returning is to support one of her students, who will be having a performance in mid-August. She will be attending the performance and also singing.

At the event, Teresa was asked if TVB had invited her back to be a judge on The Voice 2 since her return. Upon hearing mention of the program, Teresa’s expression immediately changed and said she did not want to talk about it: “I don’t want to talk about so many negative rumors anymore.” (If TVB invites you back, would you be interested?) “Don’t ask me again.” (Host Sammy Leung once stated that you have huge mood fluctuations – are you upset at his comments?) “I really don’t want to respond. The primary purpose of me returning to Hong Kong is for my student’s performance, which is a happy matter – I don’t want to talk about unhappy things right now.”

In this era where information retrieval becomes increasingly easy, lying about your qualifications is risky. Especially when you are a public figure.

Hong Kong celebrity Charmaine Sheh's school, International Hotel Management Institute, was blasted as 'garbage' by netizens, as the school apparently only had 200 students in total.

Superstar Gong Li was found guilty of a similar fraudulent act a few years ago.

While the actress claims to be a graduate of Beijing University, she turned out to have only taken a self-study Sociology course there.

When Gigi Leung first rose to fame, she claimed to be student-singer with high qualifications. Reports later revealed that Gigi only studied for two years at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and she did not even graduate.

Apparently, not only Hong Kong and China stars were said to commit academic fraud. Korean actress Son Ye Jin claimed to be a graduate from Seoul Institute of the Arts.

The truth?

She was expelled by the school after merely a year of study there.

The first night of four shows to Raymond Lam's COME 2 ME BEAUTY LIVE ON STAGE CONCERT was held last night at Hong Kong Coliseum. Raymond changed his 'prince' image and dyed his hair into a mix of black and white hair. He appeared on stage with a suit paired with a white skirt pants and did hot sexy dances with his female dancers. Raymond was very high and excitedly said: "Thank you! A year went by so quickly, I still haven't gotten over last year's concert. Last year, the things I said felt like ghost eating mud, today I hope to do 200%!"

Female Models touched entire body
Then Raymond changed into a white outfit, appearing on stage in a silver car with female models surrounding him. One of the models was "pirated Kate Tsui" Chung Hei Man, she and the other 3 sexy models touched Raymond's body as a warm up, then slipped into a bra top. Wearing a jacket, Kate Tsui appears on stage and dances sexily with Raymond, not only did they touch waists and stroke backs, they also played 'men and women against lower body'. Audiences saw that and screamed loudly, Raymond then took off Kate's jacket and revealed her career line, audience were excited and screamed some more.

Raymond's other guest performer, Ron Ng appeared and did a dance battle with Raymond, Kate and a female model. However Ron's dancing seemed stiff, clearly was not on par with the main character Raymond. After the dance, Raymond said: "Thanks to my two good brothers, I never treated Kate as a girl."
Touching on bed in public
Heated up after all that singing, Raymond went off the stage to shake hands with audience, a large group of fans rushed to towards the stage, causing extreme confusion. One fangirl took advantage of her close distance with idol Raymond, and helped him wipe off his sweat. Then Raymond chose one fangirl to go on stage with him. A mattress was then raised into the stage, Raymond and the fangirl were on the bed pretending to touch, Raymond also went over the fangirl's body and made the audience scream in jealousy!

Last night, Raymond also invited Kelly Chan as his special guest, the two performed Who's Willing to Let Go - 誰願放手. Raymond joked: "Thank you Kelly for wearing flat shoes to accommodate me!" Kelly said: "I was afraid the stage had water and I would slip!" Raymond continued to perform hot songs and even performed "See Jeh" Joey Yung and Janice Vidal songs. During the encore, Wong Cho Lam appeared, he said : "Since I was young, I have always made senior Raymond as my goal. Whatever he does, I follow. Who would have known that he'll get more shows, adding one after the other, I haven't even burst yet! (meaning: he can't keep up)." Then Wong Cho Lam made some bad gags: "Last year I called Raymond's name wrong, called him FAMA, this year I called Kate Tsui wrong, calling her 'take off clothes'."

Yesterday the 15 Miss Hong Kong (MHK) contestants met the MHK panel judges. This Sunday, the 2010 Miss Hong Kong Pagaent will be held at the Hong Kong Coliseum. The 15 contestants will compete with the winning, first and second-runner up titles as well as the Miss Photogenic and Miss International Goodwill awards. Yesteday the organizers arranged the contestants to meet the panel judges which included Nick, Lynn and Yu Chu Tik. The MCs Eric Tsang, Nat Chan and Louis Yuen were testing the contestants' intelligence live at the scene. There was also International boyband Metro Vocal Group sang and greeted everyone in Cantonese.

Nick was asked about his criteria, he said that for beauty contest, he won't choose his wife. The event organizers having a perfect criteria for judges, he won't have to worry. He said: "Will look at the person's inside. Today's judge scoring will count for 30% of the total score, we will observe words and actions. I haven't paid attention to their gossips, to avoid affecting my impression on them, so after giving the scores, I will see what comments the staff have. (Not afraid the contestants will pretend?) Facing me is a bit of a challenging, how do they know what side I'm on? If they pretend, I can easily see through them. Actually don't even talk about acting, these contestants need to be the best before we judge." Nick questions the contestants' training, that it's the same as filming, hope in the future the beauty contest will be a bit more comfortble for the contestants.

Eric felt that this year's contestants are very sexy, talks about cats, dogs and would cry just carrying their luggage. The qualities are also pretty average, it's hard to choose. He only felt that #8 Phoebe Pang has a good body figure and many people like #1 Alice Wong, but based on past records #1 usually doesn't make it out.

tephen Huynh (aka Wong Cheung Hing’s) French restaurant, A La Maison, opened last Tuesday, July 20th. Stephen’s brother, Francois Huynh (aka Wong Cheung Fat) and his good friends, Sharon Chan Man Chi, Matthew Ko Kwan Ying, Vincent Wong Ho Shun, and Oceana Zhu Xuan were present at the restaurant’s grand opening.

Juggling multiple tasks in the kitchen and bar and even cleaning the restaurant’s tables, Stephen was extremely busy. Prior to the restaurant’s grand opening, Stephen entered the hospital due to stomach pains. “On July 15th, we ran a pre-opening test. Perhaps I was too busy and grew anxious. On July 14th, Susana Kwan Kuk Ying brought some friends over to try out the dishes. On that day, I felt extremely ill and finally had to go to the hospital at night. The doctor said I had a stomach flu and with two days of rest, I should feel better. The stress has been too much. Since I invested $500,000 (HKD) in the restaurant, I really hope to make a profit within half-a-year. So each day, I will get anxious about performing the best.”

Although there was a great deal of pressure in starting a business, fortunately Stephen had the support of his girlfriend, Peggy, whom he has been dating for one year. On the grand opening day, Peggy acted as the hostess and greeted all their friends. Stephen smiled, “Peggy works in Marketing/ Public Relations; she is helping out with the restaurant’s administrative work.” (Are you a husband and wife team?) “We have to work hard and establish the business first! Perhaps in another three or four years!”

Stephen also had another piece of good news to share. “Earlier, I filmed French movie, Red Nights, which will be entered in an upcoming Toronto film festival. I am thirty-two years-old now and hope for good developments in all areas.”

Francois helped Stephen to greet guests at the grand opening. Oceana Zhu, who lived in France for a period of time was friendly with the Huynh brothers due to their similar language and cultural background.

Carina Lau and Tony Leung have been married for two years, after marriage the couple continued to be busy with their own jobs and often photographed by the media working separately at different events. For the last few years, the couple lived a life where both are busy with their own lives, but it was peaceful. However yesterday rumors broke out with an intimate photo of Carina and a Mainland billionaire arms on waist. Tony saw the photo and expressed that he does not know the man.

Carina has always been the Rumor Queen, for many years she has been rumored with several wealthy Hong Kong businessmen having a secret relationship, but she has not been affected by the rumors, continuing her many jobs in Mainland and other in areas. She continues to have good relationships with these wealthy businessmen.

Yesterday a tabloid magazine published an intimate photo of Carina with a Mainland billionaire's arm on her waist. In the photo, Carina was touching the billionaire's hand and had her face against his head, they were sitting closely together. The billionaire's arm was also wrapped around Carina's waist. From the photo, it looks like they are very familiar friends.

The magazine report said that the photo was taken mid-October last year. That day Carina was in Qingdao for the opening ceremony to one of the billionaire's Shanghai Carnival investments. She met the billionaire at that event and after the event ended, she accompanied him on their leisure time around the local area. That night, the two got familiar with each other and then had that intimate photo. Looks like Carina and Mainlanders have a lot of fate. June 2010, the magazines photographed Carina's secret meeting with the billionaire in Beijing, the two went out for dinner two nights in a row.

As Tony's wife, Carina remained in Hong Kong in the recent month. She did celebrate her birthday with him, but on their 2nd wedding anniversary, the couple spent it alone. Carina was not in Hong Kong to celebrate the anniversary. On the day of their anniversary, the media asked where Carina went and Tony expressed that he was not sure. If his wife was in Mainland, Tony only guessed that it was possible.

When reporters showed the photo of Carina and the billionaire, Tony refused to respond and had a sunk look. Then he broke the silence telling the media that he does not know him. Last night, Tony responded through his manager: "This is just normal social interaction, believe in Mrs. Lau."

According to sources, the billionaire is close to 39 years old and is named Jing Yuan. He has served in many different positions in Mainland. He started off his business in computers and recently developed his business in Mainland real estate. He operates several apartments in Beijing, Nanjing, Chengdu and many other cities in Mainland. Nose is bigger than Raymond Lam's

Yesterday Leon Lai was invited as a guest for a radio drama broadcast. He shared his creative insights on stage, often directing problems in the entertainment industry. When the MC asked Leon if he would consider developing in a new media, he greatly praised the radio being able to insist on principles of sending out a positive message. He said: "Not like some television station copying Japanese dramas, after copying then don't admit it." Leon hints his criticisms on TVB's earlier incident where Raymond Lam's series The Mysteries of Love was said to have plagiarized Japanese drama Detective Galileo. As a Music King, Leon shuts out TVB without fear, denouncing TVB's plagiarism act directly.

When Leon mentioned many Netizens complained that certain album covers are ugly, he said: "If people don't feel attracted to the album cover, but out of the 10 songs in the album, one is good, then it's not worth it. Perhaps just download it!"

Afterwards, Leon accepted an interview and when speaking of his comment on plagiarism, he said: "That's because you all (reporters) always ask me, but aren't willing to speak the truth. If the media can speak the truth, then will naturally reveal it! (Telling people to download songs?) No, I just feel that if an album is not good, with just one good song, then you can download. If illegal, I cannot help it, this is something that audience decided that they'll get themselves."

Leon's teacher Dai Si Chung passed away, he expressed that he will attend the funeral, but when asked about the guest list, he said: "Don't make this issue of my teacher's death as a piece of news. I am not angry, I tell the people around me, if one day I die, just tell someone to help me push the button and that'll be it. Don't want to bother my friends, so this topic needs to stop."

Hong Kong women have envied the modern Cinderella stories of twenty-seven-year-old, Cathy Tsui Chi Kei, and twenty-two-year-old, Isabella Leong. After Cathy married billionaire heir, Martin Lee, she gave birth to two daughters. In the pursuit of delivering a male heir to the Lee family’s fortune, perhaps Cathy will need to continue to be a baby-making machine. In contrast, despite giving birth to three sons, Isabella still remains unmarried.

Isabella is currently resting in San Francisco , USA after giving birth to twin boys last month. According to tabloid reports, Richard’s father, Li Ka Shing, was extremely grateful towards Isabella for delivering three male heirs and approved of the marriage between Richard and Isabella. Another tabloid report claimed that Mr. Li wanted to fly to San Francisco to visit the twin boys, but had to reschedule due to his work load.

In response to recent marriage rumors, Isabella’s representative said, “Isabella Leong is grateful towards the public’s concern. She will not respond to personal matters.” (Is Ms. Isabella currently married to Richard Li?) “No, she is still Ms. Leong.”

According to Isabella’s friends, she does not have any plans to return to Hong Kong yet. An inside source said, “There are no plans for marriage yet. Isabella is not concerned about a marriage certificate. As long as two people are happy together, that is fine. Since giving birth to three sons, everyone within the Li family are very happy.”

“Over the last three years, many producers wanted to cast Isabella in their films. Since she is busy taking care of her three sons, she will not consider making a comeback to the entertainment industry.”

Vivian Chow's 13 year on-screen absence finally ends with her participation in new romantic comedy film All About Love directed by Ann Hui. The film has been selected as the opening film at The 5th Summer International Film Festival. It was said that in the film, Vivian, Sandra Ng and William Chan have several intense kiss and bed scenes. Besides Vivian's playing the bath scene with Sandra, she also has an intense bed scene with William.

Her first comeback film being so daring is all because she has really admired this director (Ann Hui) all along, plus this is her first time playing a lesbian. It is a role that can be developed and is challenging. For her lesbian role, Vivian visited several homosexual websites before filming began. She also visited night clubs and a gay bar in Lan Kwai Fong with the director from time to time, and would talk about love experiences wih other lesbians at the bar.

Vivian says: "Because it's been a long time since I have been acting, it is inevitable that I'll be a bit nervous of my performance. To really make myself get into the lesbian character, I often hypnotize myself to like women. After communicating with several lesbians, I discovered that the majority of them are more gentle and attentive than men. During filming, I will often talk to Sandra, after work I would call her and be like a real couple with her, so when shooting kiss scenes, it felt extremely natural. But for William's bed scene, I was quite embarrassed because he really looks like a little boy."

The current music scene is pretty bad with many "one album singers". Leaving the industry, but is unwilling to, but staying there are no jobs, no hope is seen. Raymond Cho is someone who has been there and experienced the same situation, so he gave up his singing career and changed to become an actor. Back then he struggled, but looking back at it today, he feels fortunate that he decided to become an actor instead. Acting allows him to continue his career in the entertainment circle and also start a family. Currently he enjoys being an actor more than a singer. He tells everyone not to worry about the one path that doesn't work, need to understand that there is a second path, just be willing to do it, eventually there will be success seen.

After the hot Fly With Me ended, When Lane Merges continues with the hot broadcast and plus the South Africa special during the World Cup South Africa, everyone can see Raymond Cho's appearance. In Fly With Me, Raymond was the third lead actor, playing Frankie Tsui Wing Fai, but after the series ended its broadcast, leaving the deepest impression on viewers is not lead actor Moses Chan, but is third lead actor Raymond Cho, the one standing out is him. TVB also knows this, so immediately sent him to do the South Africa World Cup special to relax a bit. He said with a slight smile: "It is considered a reward, at that time I had free time, pretty lucky!" In another perspective, does this mean that Raymond finally have some status in TVB? "Well it's not that special. Having series broadcast is beneficial to anyone's popularity. There are times that I don't have any series to film."

Does he feel he made an achievement playing the role Frankie Tsui Wing Fai? "I really like the series, it has a fresh feeling. When we were filming, we all also felt that the role Frankie will be stand out. We had high expectations because personalities of the characters are extreme. From a simple, honest, obedient boy who gets bullied, to a revengeous strong bullying evil man. However, receiving praises from others of my results, to me is a happy thing. It does not represent that I am good, that is a very exaggerated step. It proves that I can handle a complicated role. In the future, people will have more confidence that I can do well. I have been in this industry over 10 years, finally have an explanation for myself."

Is Raymond director Chik Kei Yee's favorite, before he was in her Healing Hands II as Heung Chung Yan and then Fly With Me as Tsui Wing Fai. "Perhaps my appearance looks a little stupid, the director chooses me to play these types of roles." In When Lane Merges, his role is the simple taxi driver who is married, once again the acting style is done differently. For this role, he can act it out comfortably because he also has a wife and son in reality, so it's easy to get into character. Some actors would think that being the lead actor in one series and then a supporting role in another series, feels like they got demoted, and it doesn't feel good inside. However for Raymond, he always has a positive attitude, he does not care about the screen time, just that there is an opportunity to be in the series because he has experienced a period where he had no jobs, so he especially cherishes every opportunity.
