A few days ago, TVB new series Special Duties Unit was shooting a scene very similar to the Filipino Tour Bus Hostage incident and led to a lot of objection. Even Kenneth Ma, who played the criminal, was worried that his image may be affected.

Initially, producer Lam Chi Wah made arrangements for the media to visit the set yesterday, but eventually TVB's Foreign Affairs Department canceled the visit. Later, reporters found out that after reviewing the opinions and formal research, the related parties agreed that the storyline is too sensitive, therefore TVB decided to accept the oppositions and cancel the scene. Reporters contacted TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) for more details. He said: "The producer stressed that the scene is not based on the Filipino Tour Bus Hostage incident, but because the public is disturbed by this scene, we are worried that it may cause pain to the people of Hong Kong's hearts, so we decided to cancel the scene."

When asked if TVB had a lot of financial lost from all the machinery, equipment and other production costs used for the scene, Mr. Tsang said: "Calculating that aspect is not important, TVB won't use money to measure the situation, but rather we want to take audiences' feelings into account. As for the loss of production cost, it can be handled."

Regarding the cancellation of the tour bus hostage scene, Joe expressed that he is fore the company's decision. He said: "TVB is taking audiences' feeling into account by making this decision. I will support them. (Is the filming schedule affected?) I don't know how things will change, have to ask the producer. Today I just received a notice that there is a change, the whole story, I am not sure yet."

In the recent years, many TVB FaDans and Siu Sangs are leaving the company to go up north to shoot series. Besides a benefit in expanding the Chinese market, the pay is much higher! Currently 32 years old, Sammul Chan joined the "Going Up North Army" last August and ends his relationship with TVB. A few days ago, Sammul accepted iCable's interview and revealed the reason behind his bitterness: "After my contract ended, I continue to discuss with TVB on a contract renewal. However because of a dispute for a small few 10 HKD raise, it did not work out, so not worth it!" He reveals that he once considered becoming a TVB 'biological son', but because the conditions were harsh, he backed out: "An executive invited me to discuss a contract with them. In the terms, it clearly said that it would be a 10 year contract, but the salary will remain the same. I don't want to argue anything, but who could guarantee that no one will offer me other jobs in the next two years? At that time how can I live on?"

During the interview, Sammul spoke in Cantonese and felt it was refreshing: "Before, I was forced to speak Mandarin. Every time I attended public events, I would hide and avoid being on camera, I'm clearly already on the big stage, what am I afraid of?" When speaking of once being part of the group along with Ron Ng, Bosco Wong and Kenneth Ma that was heavily promoted by TVB, seeing other people reaching up top, inside Sammul felt that it was not right. He said: "I clearly put in the effort on my work, and was acknowledged by the audience, but my peers received awards after awards and I was to stand aside without anything. I wasn't even part of the nominations." He directly said that being 'obedient' is the way to survive in TVB: "I didn't know how to do that!"

Regarding this matter, reporters contacted TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) to confirm. He said: "Sammul's contract did in fact already expired. He is now a freelance artist and our relationship is doing well. He even agreed to come back and promote for the upcoming new series. If he really does have opinions, then I will try to get an understanding."

Two of TVB's programs Scoop and The Jade and the Pearl Star Fight Night was fined HK$160,000 bu the Broadcasting Authority (BA). The reason is because the program promoted the film The Jade and the Pearl. According to the data, 2009's 72 Tenants of Prosperity also got a similar fine for the same reason. Towards being fined for the two programs, TVB felt deeply regretful. TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) expressed that the BA is a base system that permits TVB to file an appeal to the magistrate and the HK Executive Council regarding the fine, but because the procedures is complicated and that a great amount of resources will be wasted, TVB can only helplessly accept the fine. In the future, TVB will strengthen the communication with BA in order to avoid this from happening again.

Yesterday at around 9pm, Alan Tong passed away at the age of 64 in his home after suffering from a stroke. In 2008, at his late good friend Lydia Shum's memorial service, he publicly made an angry remark towards Adam Cheng for not giving care for his daughter Joyce Cheng as a father. Last night, Adam and his wife appeared in Hong Kong Coliseum to rehearse for his upcoming concert. At the scene, Adam appeared professional and focused entirely on rehearsing with his partner Liza Wang. However, he declined to do an interview. Towards 'Student Prince' Alan's death, she felt grief.

As Alan's god-daughter, Joyce Cheng attended World Vision's 8-Hour Elderly Famine press conference yesterday. Towards her god-father's death, Joyce strongly tried to hold in her sorrow as she said: "Last night, I was informed by his family, but I didn't go to his house. (How long have you not seen him?) Last year I saw god father at my god mother's Halloween Birthday party.... very sudden, I didn't know he had heart disease. Usually when I see him, he appears very healthy, playing golf, going to the gym, hiking up the mountain, but in the last few years I know it's been difficult for him, flying all over the place for his business."

It was rumored that back then when Joyce's two 'fathers' had a fallout, her relationship with god-father was damaged. Joyce anxiously denied: "No, absolutely not. We know he cared a lot about my mom when he was so emotional. He's very concern of me and loves me, I'm not mad at him. He treats me like his daughter." When speaking of the current moment, Joyce emotionally teared up: "He left with so much grief, he's always saying I have a tummy, and told me to keep fit. He told me to play golf, but I didn't think about it at all, I really regret it."

Yesterday morning, Alan's two daughters appeared at the funeral home, she said: "Thank you for the concern, our family is not feeling good, we hope the media can finish up and leave. Give us some time to recover our emotions."

After Olympic gold medalist Liu Xuan retired, she entered the entertainment industry and signed a TVB management contract. Her first TVB series Grace Under Fire is currently broadcasting. During the interview, Liu Xuan frankly said that shooting series is more difficult than physical training. She said: "Shooting series is totally more difficult than physical training. At least you have time to rest and sleep when your training, but shooting series there is no time to sleep. There is also great pressure when during the shoot, which causes insomnia." Bosco Wong greatly praised Liu Xuan: "On the first day of shooting, she already had a fighting scene, I saw her eyes becoming crossed as she fought, felt she was very pitiful."

Liu Xuan appears to be able to withstand difficulty, but Bosco reveals that she is actually a 'medicine pot', as she is often taking Chinese medications during the series shooting. Liu Xuan said: "Before my health was not well,so now I'm taking Chinese medication to recuperate my health." When asked if she will shoot a TVB series every year? She joked: "Shooting series is truly difficult, I will take a break first, wait until TVB has something arranged for me."

(Happy for them?) Most important to be happy, we are all in this industry. (Will you ask to confirm if they are dating?) No! (Surprised?) Just recently, Moses Chan broke up with Bernice Liu and was once down for a short period. However yesterday Moses often took out the controller to play with and appeared flirty. Reporters teased him and asked if he's currently dating Aimee Chan? Moses only said that because lately he has been well rested and had lots of opportunities to make extra income. As to if his damaged heart is already healed? He said: "Don't talk about the unhappy things, it's a new year, new start."

Although Moses stressed again that he only appeared near Aimee's residence because he was looking at houses, he could not help but to praise that Aimee's a good girl. Asked if he wants a "golden house to keep a mistress"? He laughed: "Just investing! (Near the waterfront?) Near water is good, water is like fortunes! (Any chance of developing a relationship?) Don't know. (Do you have that heart to?) Wah Wah Wah, ha ha ha! I am not answering you, that is very sensitive wording. (Ask her out?) You all are pecking me way too much, what can I do?!" Moses frankly said that work is his priority now, everything will be based on fate.

The Filipino tour bus hostage incident had put a scar in the hearts of the people of Hong Kong. TVB had always liked to turn current events into series, even a tragedy they do not let it slip away. In the new series Special Duties Unit starring Joe Ma and Jessica Hsuan, TVB does a reenactment of the tour bus hostage incident. No doubt will this challenge the Hong Kong audience until the end. Artists participating in the reenactment felt helpless. Kenneth Ma plays the criminal running up into a tour bus and held Christine Kuo, Angelina Lo and several others in hostage. In the scene, Kenneth demands the police to release his wife JJ Jia. In the end, JJ gets seriously wounded and dies. Kenneth was unable to see his wife again, so he went crazy. Because the scene had hostages on a tour bus and the criminal gets out of control due to family matters, these two points extremely resembles the Filipino Tour Bus Hostage incident.

Many of the artists knew that there was going to be this scene in the script, and strongly disliked it because they were worried cause pain for the audience, but the production crew still insisted the original idea. Today, the cameras rolled in Kowloon City shooting this scene!

Reporters contacted lead actress Jessica Hsuan, she said: "I am very worried because when I first saw the script, I have not felt good at all. We are all still in pain, but since the scriptwriters wrote it like this, and the producer approved it, as an artist I cannot control the situation and say no. (Have you reacted to the producer?) No, if I said this, then it will be stepping over the line! I believe they will handle the scene carefully."
Lead actor Joe Ma said that an artist is very passive on several aspects. He really doesn't want that scene to trigger the audience to think about the Filipino Tour Bus Hostage incident because this is something painful to each and every Hong Kong citizen. Salt should not be added to the people of HK's wounds.

Playing as the criminal that held hostages, Kenneth will definitely be the main focus when the series broadcast and may get eggs thrown at him at any time. Kenneth was asked if he's worried that audience may have a huge negative reaction? He said: "Can't have fears, I can only follow what the script says to do, but I do not hope this scene will cause audience to think about the tragic event. In fact the script is not about this event, it's only because the scene had hostages held on a tour bus that the scene is associated with the Filipino incident."

Reporters contacted Special Duties Unit producer (Lam Chi Wah). He admitted that the series does have a tour bus hostage scene, but the script was definitely not taken from Filipino incident. Everything was written based on the plot. Producer Lam was asked if he's worried that audience will associate the scene with the actual tragedy? He expressed: "Never thought that this would happen, I just wanted to write a good script!"

Christine Kuo was one of the hostages in the scene, she admitted that incident had broke the Hong Kong people hearts. It is inevitable that the scene will cause deep feelings in people. She said: "I believe the scriptwriter just wanted to bring triumphs over evil during this tragic time, this positive message because in the series the hostages were fine and the bad guy Kenneth Ma had to take up the consequences for his actions."

Oscar Leung plays one of the Special Duties Unit members, and he doesn't think that the producer wanted to reenact the Filipino incident, but it was a coincidence that there was a similar scene. He said: "We are understand the pain and the tragedy. In fact, this scene is about Christine and I finding love after a troubled time. Tour bus events has appeared several times before, but perhaps we are all more sensitive this time. (React to the producer?) We artists are rather passive."

Kevin Cheng, Raymond Wong, Nancy Wu, Natalie Tong, Selena Li and Kenny Wong took part in the costume fitting for TVB new series Boxing King (tentative) yesterday in Tseung Kwan O's TV City. The two leading actors appeared topless in their boxing shorts.

During pictures, Kevin appeared a little embarrassed when asked to show his nipples, often covering up. He joked: "My nipples are small, hard to find!" He continues: "I'm not fit enough yet, but I will definitely get more and more fit later. Boxing can be healthy, just as long as you got the body figure, it can be pretty." Reporters teased that Kevin and Raymond look 'brokeback', Kevin joked: "How do you all know we're not? The chance of a 'turning point' for us is small."

Now as a father, Raymond mentioned his beloved son and could not hide his joy. He said: "The first time I held my son, it felt so strange and unfamiliar. I was thinking is he really mines? I haven't given him a Chinese name yet though. Although I'm busy with work and could only take a day off on the day my wife went into labor, I still help change diapers. Giving baths, feeding and brushing baby's back is left for my wife to do. I'm still confused as ever, so I'm reading baby books now, but I can handle it." Will Raymond have to push to make more milk money for his baby? He said: "No need, he is currently breastfed, I have a sponsor for formula milk."

Nancy Wu plays a deaf and mute boxer. Nancy said: "This series will be a big challenge for me. Besides having to practice my boxing, I also have to learn sign language." Natalie Tong said she won't have to box, but she plays a single teenage mother that is only 18 years old. She is worried that she won't be convincing enough in a role 10 years younger than her actual age.

Also, Raymond said expressed over a phone interview that he will later host a 100 day feast. Asked if he wants to get a daughter too? He said: "My wife likes a girl, if we can handle all the baby care, I don't mind."

Since Moses Chan was 'demoted' by Bernice Liu last year back down to a 'friend', he becomes the 'deal' in the industry. First he was rumored with Charmaine Sheh, then Kate Tsui and now with Aimee Chan. Yesterday a magazine reported that Aimee successfully got Moses, the two were witnessed leaving Aimee's Oscar By The Sea residence in Clear Water Bay one after the other. It was rumored that they kept in touch after shooting TVB series The War at Heart earlier and their relationship developed so quickly that it's already 'in the house'. Like Moses, Aimee is also someone who lived overseas and came back to HK to develop. Yesterday Moses denied appearing at Aimee's residence, but he did not avoid mentioning that he admires Aimee because she's a good girl and he cannot deny the possibility of a relationship developing in the future. Back when the two were shooting The War at Heart, Aimee also praised Moses for being a very good gentleman before.

That day, Moses was at Oscar By The Sea looking at the properties there. He had always thought that investing in a 'brick' holds value, so when he has free time he likes to go see houses. He did not know Aimee lived in the unit of that building, never had he been to her house. He said: "So many artists, TVB executive lives in Oscar By The Sea, besides Aimee Chan, Ron Ng lived there before too. They have mentioned before that living in that area is nice, Ron said the Feng Shui is good." He said that as long as it's suitable, he's not afraid of people saying he and Aimee are living in the same residence, he will still invest. However, the housing prices has been high lately, so he has not found a good one yet and he also enjoys the environment in his current residence.

When Moses was rumored with other female stars, he always said he didn't even have their phone numbers. To avoid the rumors, he does not talk to female artists over the phone. When reporters asked if he has Aimee's phone number? He frankly said they had each other numbers because they had a great time shooting The War at Heart. After the shooting completed, they have not kept in touch, but frankly said he admires Aimee. Reporters said the two matches, and said Aimee is a good girl. Asked if he will pursue her and develop a relationship? Moses laughed out loud and said: "We'll see! Now is the time to fight, it is hard to say who I'll pursue in the future. I hope to have some space."

Towards her rumors with Moses, Aimee was not too resistance, but joked that it's finally her turn to rumor with Moses. She stressed that the reports about Moses at her house are not true.

Aimee expressed that she never invites her colleagues over to her house, she said: "Although I do think Moses is a good man, but I am currently focused on work.

Adam Cheng who was also part of the cast to The War at Heart was asked if Moses and Aimee were dating? He said he doesn't know, but if its true then he would be happy for Moses.

In the early years, because he was young he caused a lot of unnecessary arguments and misunderstandings. He didn't even know what to say. After several years of wind and rain, in 2005, he told Anita that he has some accomplishments in his career and can reach another level in their relationship with her. Chilam tried hard to hold in his tears, the more he spoke, the harder it got: "I am very lucky, in the entertainment industry I was able to make a family." Chilam performed Collagen (骨膠原) for his wife and Anita continued to cry emotionally below the stage.

Chilam said in 2006, he received a gift from heaven, giving a son Morton Cheung to him, he said: "I gave this name to him because I hope my son will forever speak without fear, and when he meets people, he will treat young and old just the same, equally." To end, Chilam sang Wish You Well (祝君好) touching the supporting audience once again.

TVB has many popular stars working for them, although they are known as the local leader in the TV industry, their salaries for shooting series are low. Their artists are forced to jump over to Mainland for high pay. Facing the departure of several Siu Sang and FaDans, TVB of course does not dare to neglect them. In charge of the Artistes Department, TVB executive Virgina Lok is dying to plan the next steps to replace Charmaine Sheh's big sister position. Preliminary observations, Virgina implies the four big beauties: Kate Tsui, Fala Chen, Myolie Wu and Linda Chung. All four of them are developing in the three areas (music, film and TV). Virgina hopes to they can become superior in the upcoming year.

However, Virgina likes Myolie Wu because in she mentioned that she supported Myolie's 2006 To Grow With Love performance. Back then, Myolie lost 40 pounds in 2 months, her willpower won Virgina's support. Although Myolie was the target for Netizens' criticisms, saying that she had a 'depressed look' ('gwing'), but Virgina supports her to the end: "It's okay, people must have setbacks before success. Myolie is an actress that puts in a lot of effort, she can do it!"

Outstanding dancer, singer and actress, there is a great possibility that Kate Tsui will be the female version of Raymond Lam. However Virgina said: "Kate is good, but she is liked for films. On contrast, Fala Chen is in the house, she suits TV more!" In fact, Fala have already been heavily promoted by TVB last year, and depending on No Regrets she won the Best Supporting Actress Award. The cast and crew were celebrating the series peaking at 35 points in TV ratings last week. It was also announced that next Saturday (4/2) the 2 hour finale will be broadcast. Towards the washing away bad luck rumors, Kevin said displeased: "Why are they saying I'm moldy? It's normal to get a new car and house. Also this is last year's news, why is it reported now. (It was rumored the house is to find girls?) They can say whatever they like, I'm used to it. But I don't understand why there's so many news nowadays, but still have to write about me. (Because before you had rumors with a Mainland actress?) No, don't talk about old news again." Towards the TVB new artist photos didn't have him? Asked if her boyfriend Ekin Cheng supports her? She said: "He's been doing it this way for a long time. (Afraid he'll be rumored with Mainland actresses?) He's been in Mainland for so long and it's been okay, we should not talk about it anymore. Raymond Lam is already miserable enough."

IFPI Hong Kong Top Sales Music Awards Presentation 2010 was held last night at the HK Convention and Exhibition Centre. As Universal Music, Warners Music, Sony Music, EMI and BMA (Big 5) withdrew from IFPI HK, first line singers Eason Chan and Hacken Lee's numbers were not taken into account. As a result, more than half of the awards were swept by East Asia and EEG singers. Sammi Cheng took home 6 awards and was the big winner of the night, she won: Top Ten Best Sales Releases (Cantonese), Top Ten Best Sales Releases (Mandarin), Best Sales Releases Local Live Recording, Top Ten Best Sales Local Artistes, Best Sales Local Female Vocalist of the Year and Best Sales Cantonese Release.

Behind Sammi with 4 awards was Raymond Lam, he won Top Ten Best Sales Releases (Cantonse), Best Sales Releases Local Live Recordings, Top Ten Best Sales Local Male Vocalist and Best Sales Local Male Vocalist of the Year.

Last night the two big winners took pictures together backstage, Sammi was jumping with joy as she quickly uploaded her photo with Raymond on Weibo. She joked and said it's "Fung and Mi", and greatly praised Raymond's good singing. She said: "When I was waiting to go out on stage, he was performing, I listened carefully, his live performance level is certainty good."

Sammi frankly said the happiest thing about winning the award is being able to thank her religious beliefs. She said: "When I first did this album Faith, it was all because of my religion, God is actually the person who won this award, but he won't come down to get it, so I will take it on his behalf."

Being the Best Selling Local Male Vocalist, Raymond expressed that he is just as happy as Sammi. He recalls 10 years ago when he was still working as a host for TVB8, he interviewed Sammi before. Since the exposure of his intimate photos with ex-girlfriend Mavis Pan, the gossips comes in one after another. When speaking of Moses Chan suggesting that he comes forward to clarify the whole situation again, Raymond said: "Thanks for the concern. To me, it is all the past, I don't want people that worry about me to worry more. I will focus on work."

Joey Yung won two awards Top Ten Best Sales Releases (Cantonese) and Top Ten Best Sales Local Artistes. Twins also won two awards, while Charlene Choi won Top Ten Best Sales Releases (Mandarin) as a solo artist. When Twins were on stage, Gillian Chung gave Ah Sa a kiss, seriously a good friend.

Last night, the even organizers did not make arrangements for the behind-the-scenes music professionals to accept awards on stage, they were just notified to pick up their awards in the reception area. This led to a 'bomb' explosion with dissatisfied behind-the-scenes people. When Joey learned about this issue, she supported the behind-the-scenes: "That is not enough respect, it's like taking a key. I greatly respect the behind-the-scenes people, they are life savers. How they were treated this time is hard to avoid unhappiness, but I hope they don't mind. It's just like a game!" Asked if she had been neglected before? Joey said: "I don't remember, I am very lucky, my brain can only remember 1 or 2 neglecting words. I just treat it as encouragement. In fact, the world is round, don't focus too much on how people views you."

In a super good mood, Sonjia was already ahead of herself and referred her fiance as her husband: "On stage, I looked down to see where my husband was sitting. (Nervous?) Because my heels were too high, it was a little shaky. Actually I do hope to walk into the church with my husband, but we have not decided when yet. Initially we wanted to hold our wedding in Japan, but they had an earthquake. So we are looking for another place. We don't plan to make it public, otherwise we'll get followed. The wedding date should be at the end of this year."

Sonjia denied that she'll be done with her marriage in April and the rumors of her pregnancy. Asked when she'll be having a baby? She said: "We do hope to have one, but must be after marriage. She wants to have a son first, then a daughter because the son will protect his sister. He thinks of everything perfectly. (Consider pregnancy through IVF?) No." Dorian Ho is a good friend of Sonjia for many years, so he plans to sponsor her a wedding dress.

As the Mainland market had been prosperous in the last year, many TVB artists are heading up north to dig the gold. They can easily earn several hundred thousands for one Mainland series at any time. Many male artists like to get a new car to reward themselves. Under the situation where 'you change, I change', each one of them are getting more and more glamorous, showing off their wealth. Bosco usually drives his over HK$400,000 Audi A4 around recently had made some real money in Mainland, besides being an owner of 3 houses, he took out HK$1.3 million to purchase the newest model Audi RS5 sports car.

Yesterday, the red Audi RS5 sports car that Bosco ordered arrived in Hong Kong. He couldn't wait to meet his 'new love interest', meeting up with his male friend to go pick up the car. At about 12pm, Bosco got to the dealership and when he saw his new 'love', it was already beautifully prepared for Bosco to drive it away anytime. Since the dealer was busy with other things, Bosco stared at the car with glowing eyes as he constantly turned in circles looking at the car. He was just like a child loving his new toy, hard to hide his happiness.

It was said that this Audi model was love at first sight for Bosco, so without consideration he went to pre-order the car because he knew it would take a year before it is shipped to Hong Kong.

Although Bosco threw away a million on a new car, he is only in second place for the most expensive TVB Siu Sang car owner. Driving the most glamorous and expensive car to work is Raymond Lam, with a HK$1.8 million Maserati. After Kevin Cheng was rumored to have broken up with Charmaine Sheh last year, he quickly bought a HK$900,000 BMW X6. Ron Ng is also known to love changing cars in the industry.

Yesterday reporters called 'girlfriend' Myolie to ask if Bosco asked for her advice before buying the car? Myolie said: "I don't even know when he's going to pick up the car." When speaking of being his first female passenger? She sweetly said: "Don't know. (He spent over a million on this 'toy'?) None of my business. (Is Bosco making a lot?) Congrats to him!"

Then Myolie turned around and supported her boyfriend. She reveals she hopes to buy a new car too: "It's my goal now." Bosco you heard that!

On April 1, 2011, it is Leslie Cheung's 8th anniversary since his death. On April 1, 2003 at 6:40pm, Leslie jumped from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel building ending his life. Before Leslie's death, the last person he saw was his designer friend Alfred Mok. The two met for lunch and had a 3 hour conversation. After 8 years, Alfred reveals the contents of the 'last dinner' during his [Mingpao Weekly] interview.

At the time, it was during the SARS devastation, Leslie wore a mouth mask, and told Alfred be careful when someone is coughing. At the time, Leslie was appeared a little nervous and his hands were shaking, but his appetite was pretty good. He ate very well. During lunch, Leslie wanted to copy down Alfred's ID card number, but he already did so earlier in the year. That day, he wanted to confirm. It turns out that the number was used on Leslie's will as a final small gift to him.

Leslie has seen many doctors for his mental illness, he even thought he bumped into ghosts and asked a Master to help him. This made him confused. In their conversation, he said that he thinks Sichuan captures spiritual influence, but Alfred suggested that he accompany him to see the doctor in the U.S. Leslie asked if he had an illness that cannot be cured with any medication or treatment, then what happens? Alfred said he may have ate sleeping pills, in case he discovers it and rescues. However, Leslie said he wanted to die, and the most direct way is to jump off a building. Alfred couldn't believe that Leslie really did adopt this method in the end.

Turns out that it was all planned, Alfred said that after the lunch meeting, Leslie told him that he will not answer his calls ever again. Later Leslie said a subtle statement to Alfred: "That hotel's window couldn't open." After the last dinner, Leslie told Alfred to not call him again. At the time he already felt something, so he called Leslie's sister immediately to keep track of him. At 6pm, his sister called back and told him to relax because she already called Leslie and knows he's on the streets of Central. Alfred felt heartbroken, 40 minutes later a friend called to tell him that Leslie jumped off from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel building.

When speaking of rumored boyfriend Raymond Lam and Mavis Pan's intimate photos leaked again, she said: "Dating is normal, Raymond should know how to handle it, he's been in this industry for so long. I didn't call him. (He's very heartbroken!) Don't be heartbroken, give him some space." Asked if Linda felt Raymond was used? She said: "I don't know, I didn't look into the girl's background. In the recent year, many Hong Kong stars are going out to Mainland and Taiwan for events or promotional activities. During interviews, they often say something startling, even Pop Queen Miriam Yeung leaked some news out during her album promotions in Taiwan. Earlier in a Taiwan exclusive interview, she mentioned ex-lovers Ronald Cheng, Eason Chan and her husband Real Ting. She also surprisingly exposed that there was a chain of disturbing calls by a third person that angered her greatly.

Miriam exposed that a third person kept calling her, but she did not reveal the name: "I don't know how that person had my phone number, she called and said a bunch of nonsense. I was so angry, hurt and it was hard to bear. The first time, I hung up, and thought that maybe it's part of a game show, but then the calls kept coming. I said: 'Please don't call again to bother me, our relationship is not what you think.' It was understood that the third party cursed at her.

During the interview, Miriam mentioned ex-lover Ronald Cheng: "He is a partner that I grew up with. I learned not to think about controlling others' thoughts, and have to communicate maturely." Four years ago, her 5 years younger husband Real Ting changed her world, Miriam describes the marriage decision like jumping off a cliff: "If we didn't jump, there won't be an end. If we do jumped the future may be like outer space." When speaking of Eason, Miriam just said that the two worked very hard when they first debuted. However, in the Mainland version of the interview, she admitted for the first time that she dated Eason: "I am good friends with Eason because we were both with Capital Artists. In the beginning, we had a short relationship."

Miriam's exposure of a third person bothering her led to many female artists suspected including Ronald Cheng's ex-wife Charlene Choi and rumored girlfriend Cecilia Cheung, Eason's wife Hiliary Tsui, Real Ting's ex-girlfriend Zoie Tam and Edmond Leung's wife Karen.

In the early years, Miriam had rumors with Eason and Ronald. In 2002, she admitted that she can't be friends with Hiliary or Cecilia. However, later she knew she said something wrong and called them to apologize. It was said that her boyfriend at that time had an affair behind her back. That same year Zoie and Real were dating, but after they broke up, Zoie suffered from clinical depression.

Being involved in a little spiral, Hilary responded: "Really? We are very good friends now. I even went to her wedding." As the two are rumored on bad terms, she said: "You guys ask her if the person is me. I am sure the person is not me. You all go ask her and find out. Eason and I are friends with her now. If she can say it out, it is definitely not me, must be someone else."

Zoie also denied to have scolded Miriam, she said: "Not at all related to me. I don't want to talk about the past, they are already married and have a family. Can you all not write about it anymore, I don't want to be involved. They have their life, I have my life." She expressed that even if a boyfriend is unfaithful, she won't call and scold the third party: "If I had to scold, I will scold the boyfriend, it is him that did not handle the relationship well."

Earlier she especially went to discuss a collaboration opportunity with TVB: "I won't sign a contract though! But I will see if there are any series we could collaborate in! I hope to shoot a costume martial arts series. I am not afraid of the difficulty. Before Hong Kong was best known for their costume dramas, but now Korea and Mainland took the spot, I hope to shoot another representative work! (Who do you want to work with?) Never thought of this, as long as the co-star isn't too young!"

Following Raymond Lam and Mavis Pan's 'bed photo' exposure, another set of photos were published on a magazine. This time it's a kiss photo, the headline says Raymond proposed to Mavis on Valentine's Day and that they actually didn't breakup yet.

Raymond publicly admitted he and Mavis were together for half a year, and though he said they already broke up two months ago, but in reality this is not the case. Not long after the bed photo exposure, he admitted that they traveled to Maldives together. In July 2010, Mavis uploaded a photo and wrote on Weibo: "If there is one day you don't treat me well, I will be very heartbroken." . Among the exclusive 'bed photos' [Next Magazine] obtained earlier, there were also photos of the couple kissing on Valentine's Day. Raymond even proposed to Mavis. Last week (the 15th), on the day the bed photo leaked, Mavis freely went in and out of Raymond's residence. This doesn't seem to be what Raymond said, that they already broke up. He is clearly lying.

[Oriental Daily] Yesterday Raymond Lam was at TVB City shooting for new series Return to the Three Kingdoms, asked about the kiss photos that a magazine published? He said: "I didn't see it, but a friend told me about it. It's nothing! It's good memories from the past. We really did date before, they can say anything, I won't respond to anything. It's enough that my friends know what's going on." Asked if he's feels it's another attack? He said: "Nope, from the beginning I was prepared that this would happen." As if he's worried even more intimate photos would leak out? He said he wants to focus on work. While leaving TVB City to shoot outdoor scenes, Raymond was asked again if the relationship is over? He said: "Yes. This means that even if there are any new photos, I won't respond anymore! (Were you two together on February 14th?) I am not responding too much. (Have you been affected?) Trying as much as possible not to be. (Which time is most hurt?) Can't say which time." After waiting for half an hour, the heavens do not make things perfect, so shooting was forced to be canceled. Raymond expressed that he's going home to eat and then go for a jog.

Yesterday reporters contacted Mavis and regarding the second set of photos leaked out, she asked reporters back what the article was about. When she learned about the kiss photos, she said in a feeling wronged tone: "This incident has really got me heartbroken, I turned down many movies. (Who is the director and the cast for that movie?) It's not convenient for me to say, otherwise people will say I'm trying to use it as promotion. I am feeling very miserable now. I'm hiding in Beijing and it's coming up too, I need peace.

Raymond's cousin (Lam Ha Mei) was a host for an event. Regarding her cousin's personal photos leaked, she expressed she hasn't seen them: "In fact, the incident is the past, I hope brother (Raymond) can stay encouraged, work hard!" She reveals she met Mavis once at a family reunion gathering in Hong Kong. Asked if she has heard of Raymond proposing? She said: "I never heard him say he wants to get marry. (Deduct points on Mavis?) They aren't together anymore! No need to evaluate. (Raymond said you know he broke up?) He didn't say it himself, but I roughly knew!"

Grasshopper's hosted TVB game show All Star Glam Exam invited Ekin Cheng, Eric Kot, Charmaine Sheh and Fala Chen last night as guests. Calvin Choy first introduced Ekin out, where Remus immediately touched his chest as he said: "We all wore fur, you are so thin!" Implying that Ekin wasn't glamorous enough. Calvin quickly protected his good friend: "I'm warning you, don't sexually harass my guest." Then Calvin introduced Charmaine out as his "Brother", that sounded like "Bra Dai" (Bra Strap). This made everyone in the studio laugh.

During the games, Ekin appeared very embarrassed, he said: "I am the worst at playing games, every time I go on a game show, it is all because of friends. This time I got dragged into the water by Grasshopper and Eric Kot." Ekin also expressed initially he had jobs in Japan, but it's now canceled. As if he's participating in the recording for the disaster relief, he will have to see what's scheduled.

Charmaine has not appeared on TVB for a long while now, when she did the interview she smiled: "Really? It's been that long?" She said she and TVB are still discussing a contract, everything is going smoothly. However, it is not confirmed yet. She sweet talked: "TVB treated me well all along, gave me lots of opportunities." About the rumors of a Mainland young master she knows changing his target to Joey Choi Wai Man, Charmaine joked: "I am quite confused too, I don't have good memory, don't know who I met. Just hearing the name, I don't know him. I am personally bad at names, perhaps if I see him I'll remember if I know him or not"

Fala Chen, Bosco Wong, Liu Xuan, Kenneth Ma and the rest of the cast to TVB series Grace Under Fire attended the promotional event in Causeway Bay yesterday. It was recently rumored that a TVB Siu Sang, nicknamed Mr. Y, is infected with AIDS and when shooting a kiss scene, a female artist refused to do it because she was afraid of getting infected. Fala frankly said she has not heard of this Mr. Y. She rarely has kiss scenes, but filming is superficial and also she feels that one can't be infected with AIDS through kissing. Fala is not worried, she said: "AIDS does not transmit through kissing, where is the common sense!"

Kenneth also has not heard of the Mr. Y before, he said: "Too bad the description doesn't sound like me, otherwise I'll just admit it, get some news and can get some promotion for the series." Kenneth boasted his good reputation, no one has refused to kiss him. Kenneth was asked if he'll follow Raymond Lam and go for a northern China beauty? He said: "Shooting up north, I really hope to do, but my Mandarin is not good, so it's better if I stick with Hong Kong girls. Love isn't divided into nationality though, the most important is communication." Reporters said Ron Ng's Mandarin is also not good, but he still has rumors. Kenneth laughed: "His Mandarin improved a lot now!"

Another photos leak incident, but this one is a happy one.

Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung held a secret wedding back in 2006 and only a few guests attended; even their parents didn't know about it. Now several years later, their wedding photos are suddenly exposed to the public and they are circulating on the internet right now. Looking at the photos, the couple look very sweetly in love and in one of them, Cecilia appeared to be emotional after Nicholas proposed to her.

These photos were taken by a Filipino photographer and it's believed they got leaked after he posted them on his Facebook. Others said the photographer received permission from Nicholas to post. Cecilia's manager expressed will take actions after the photographer. Cecilia and Nichloas have yet comment.

It's known Nicholas planned his proposal and wedding for 2 months. He and Cecilia traveled to a small island in Philippines along with some good friends. On a sunny day at the beach, he suddenly got down on his knees and proposed to Cecilia. Cecilia was shocked but still said "yes" after 8 seconds.

Eight time Best Actor winner Nick Cheung enjoys going on Weibo and sharing his thoughts on his film career as well as occasional tidbits about his personal life with his fans. Unfortunately, he recently encountered someone from mainland China with an ‘ulterior motive’ on Weibo who spent 4 months leaving various negative comments on his Weibo attacking him and his family. The ‘attacks’ actually started last year, but recently escalated to the point of being slanderous and excessive – some of the false comments that were left were personal attacks on Nick and his wife Esther Kwan, including ‘claims’ that Nick had sexually transmitted diseases, that Esther was unfaithful to him, and even going so far as to say that Nick was not the father of their daughter Brittany. At first, Nick did not plan on getting upset over these false accusations, however the last few days, the attacks have become threats, causing Nick to feel deeply that there is a need to make the matter public and possibly even take legal action.

According to reports, about a month ago, a female fan of Nick’s saw the horrific comments on Weibo and decided to leave comments in support of Nick – almost immediately, the ‘attacker’ left a message threatening the fan, hurling another false accusation that the fan had an adulterous affair with Nick and that’s why she was defending him. The ‘attacker’ even went a step further to locate the female fan’s home address and threatened to go to her home to ‘harass’ her.

In hopes of ending the issue and protecting her family, the female fan decided to publicly apologize on Weibo (though she didn’t do anything wrong), however the ‘attacker’ still would not let it go. This was upsetting to Nick because innocent people are being pulled into the situation, so he personally went to Shanghai (since the ‘attacker’ is from mainland China) to consult with a lawyer and get some legal advice. On his Weibo yesterday, Nick posted: “In this world, there are no free lunches; abusing someone for so long and not having to take responsibility for so long, it is time to pay the price!” – hinting that the ‘attacker’ will soon have to take responsibility for his/her actions.

Yesterday, our reporter (Oriental Daily) contacted Nick Cheung regarding the situation. He stated that if the female fan decides to call the police, he will personally fly to Shanghai to be a witness in court and give her any support he can: “This type of abuse toward innocent people is what upsets me the most, plus now, it’s gotten to the point where a fan’s safety is being threatened! I don’t care if the ‘attacker’ hates me, but don’t pull innocent people into it! I welcome the ‘attacker’ to come to Hong Kong anytime and if need be, we can arrange for a meeting through EEG.”

Nick also emphasized that he does not feel threatened and is not afraid that the ‘attacker’ may follow him or physically assault him: “I am completely in the right, so what is there to be afraid of? If I get scared of every little thing, how can I possibly live and work in this industry?” [They (those involved in the verbal attacks) refer to your wife as a ‘goddess’?] “My wife does have a group of fans in the mainland and when they came to HK, I’ve met them all – they are very polite and good-mannered people, so most likely not them.” [How does your wife feel about all this?] “She was a little unhappy at first, but I didn’t want her to worry about the situation anymore – after all, my wife and daughter should not be pulled into this.”

In the end, Nick sighed and lamented the state of society today: “Actually, in recent years, I’ve done a lot of charity work related to kids who drop out of school – I really don’t understand why some kids have the opportunity to attend school and instead of spending their time working hard in their studies, they go around doing things that hurt other people! Aren’t they ashamed of facing their parents?”

Last year, when the verbal attacks started, Nick did not want to cause an on-line feud, so at one point, had erased all of the posts on his Weibo and even stopped going on Weibo completely for 2 months. However, the situation seemed to have gotten worse rather than better – it’s no wonder that Nick is deciding on possibly closing his Weibo account: “The cyber world is very frightening because people can make all sorts of statements and not take any ownership whatsoever…right now, I’m really thinking that it’s necessary to close my Weibo account.”

Yesterday Jessica Hsuan and Joe Ma were shooting outdoor scenes for TVB new series Special Duties Unit. The scene was about Joe speeding over in his car to bravely rescue Jessica. Earlier Jessica shot a thief chasing scene on the tail of the bus, although it was raining the whole time and she was soaked, she still expressed she really enjoyed it. She had always been desperate to play a cop, but laughed that she fears opening gun fire the most. Even if a balloon popped, she gets a little frightened. As for her partner Joe Ma was said to be leaving the TVB nest and heading up north to get the real money, Jessica said: "He can definitely do it. We all just want to make money, if we don't go out to earn it now, when will we do it then? After this series, I will be heading to another place to shoot another series, get some real money too!"

Joe said that there are a lot of action scenes in this series, and lately promotions for Relic of An Emissary started, so it's been a little difficult. Asked if he won't renew his TVB contract? He laughed: "I don't know yet, I never thought of leaving for good, just saying the Mainland market is big. (Did Virgina Lok invite you out for a meal to discuss the contract?) No, perhaps I'm busy, no time to discuss!" His contract is expiring at the end of the year, he said that a Mainland manager approached him, after this series he will be going to a Mainland series.
