Celebrities have been buying properties one after another. Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) buys a property with 3000 sq ft at Tai Po for his mother while Kenneth Ma (馬國明), the filial son buys a property with thousands sq ft at Taikoo Shing with $19.6 Million.

Kenneth accepted an interview from ON.CC (東網) and expressed he hoped his family lived in comfort in the new house while the old house will be renting out: "I have been looking at it for a long time and my parent love the new house. In fact, I buy it cheaper as it is around $23 Million previously. (Getting married after that?) Do not think that far and let's leave it to fate. I have been saving money for few years and it is not easy. Must try harder to earn money now." As his contract was expiring soon, Kenneth replied he had been liaising with TVB. When asked if he was trying to negotiate for higher salary, Kenneth said: "It is unrelated and we have almost finish the discussion."

Moon Lau (劉佩玥) and Philip Ng (伍允龍) act as a couple with bitter romance and fail to end up together eventually in A Fist within Four Walls (城寨英雄) series. As they filmed the series for 3 months and faced each other all the time, their rumours are circulating like fire and they behave intimately whenever promoting the series together. Hence, are they an on-screen couple or really dating? We shall have a forced confession from Moon and Philip in this interview.

Before announcing the reconciliation with her boyfriend, Snow Suen (孫慧雪) has been promoting her photo album and the sales result is not bad. She felt overjoyed and said: "Printed 3,000 copies and still selling it now. The bookshop in Mong Kok sells more than 100 copies within 2 weeks and it is the best result so far. (Saying goodbye to photo album world next year?) Nope. The photo album is named as Once and will have more details even if I release it again. (What is your next level of sexiness?) Will continue in the old direction and will not become sexier because of releasing a photo album."

Snow disclosed her boyfriend had complete trust in her: "He does not bother about my job and I will ditch him if he controls it. He trusts me, knows I am sensible and says the more important is the quality of my photo album."

TVB series, A Fist Within Four Walls (城寨英雄) finally completes airing all 28 episodes and it increases the popularity of the main leads such as Ruco Chan (陳展鵬), Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪), Philip Ng (伍允龍), Moon Lau (劉佩玥) and Grace Wong (王君馨) while it brings in additional work to the supporting leads including Carlo Ng (吳家樂), Jimmy Au (歐瑞偉), Bella Lam (林穎彤) and Oscar Li (李嘉) as well.

In the series, Philip and Moon developed feelings for each other and it was well-received by the audiences. In one of the scenes, Philip tried to propose to Moon but was killed when trying to protect her and many netizens wished they will end up together. As a result, many advertising companies and shopping malls offer high pay to Philip and Moon as on-screen couple. However, Philip rejects it as he needs to advertise his new film, Birth of the Dragon in US and film new movie directed by Wong Jing (王晶) shortly. Hence, it cause both to lose money involving 7 digit.

Philip's manager company admitted several advertising companies approached Moon and Philip: "Yes, more people approach him but he rejects it due to other workloads. (Loses money?) Please do not say in this way as he accepts the job long ago and must completes it." During the phone interview, Moon replied she had no idea of the added invitations and did not blame Philip for the loss of income: "I know he is very busy and we can perform together next time. However, Moon expressed she could look for Bob Cheung (張彥博) if Philip was too busy as the song sang by them during House of Spirits (一屋老友記) series was quite popular.

Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Ruco Chan (陳展鵬), Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) and others were attending an event related to A Fist within Four Walls (城寨英雄) series at Tseung Kwan O. As Nancy needed to determine Ruco's bottom with her eyes blindfolded by touching it only, she laughed immediately upon touching Benjamin: "It is not that small." She praised Philip Ng's (伍允龍) bottom was solid and it was an amusing scene.

It depends on my role and I believe the film producer will not waste my capability."

Snow Suen (孫慧雪) wore a white colour top revealing her shoulder to attend cooking event and wear gloves to learn salmon from the chef: "I love to cook 3 dishes and 1 soup and my best dishes are steaming fish, cooking vegetables and boiling soup. (Cook for your boyfriend?) Including my colleagues but I seldom cook now due to filming series." It turns out that Snow is a beauty who can cook but the most astonishing news was she mentioned about the relationship suddenly.

Snow expressed she was single for 6 months and not a liar when pointed on last month that she pretended to end her 4 years relationship with her boyfriend, Edwin Lo in end year 2015. However, Snow suddenly admitted she had boyfriend and updated on her relationship status: "I have a boyfriend but wish everybody to focus on my work. I have no wish to announce it initially as he is from another industry and discover it increase the curiously when trying to avoid it. (How long is your relationship with Edwin?) Please listen to me. Grace accepted an interview from ON.CC (東網) earlier and expressed she migrated to New York when 4 years old and her parent were doing shoushan stone business. But after becoming first runner-up in Ms Hong Kong pageant, she got rid of rich man's daughter identity and stayed in Hong Kong to develop her career. Initially, she could not afford to pay the rental as her Ms Hong Kong contract consisted of less than $10,000 salary: "I have to sleep in the street." Finally, her 9 years of effort paid off as her role, Fa Man was well-received by the audiences and ON.CC (東網) reported her fans' supports and encouragements increased as well.

Five days ago on social networking website, Grace shared photo of herself holding Oriental Daily Newspapers (東方日報) and left a message: "I am shocked when reading the newspapers today as I do not expect my role will appear in C1 column. Thank you for the supports to Fa Man and the report from Oriental Daily (東方日報)."

It is rumoured that actress Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) had given birth in Canada a few days ago and her husband, Jeremy has stopped working in order to take care of her. However, all her friends remain tight-lipped about her latest condition.

This morning on social networking website, Linda shared photo of her baby daughter, Kelly who was born in monkey year and weighed 7 pounds and 5 ounce. Her baby is extremely cute and resembles Linda.

Linda left a message: "Hello! My parent has been telling me everyone is concerned about me and I finally can greet everybody! My name is Kelly and you can call me 'Guai Guai (乖乖)', as my parent know I am obedient. My constellation is Leo and I weigh 7 pounds and 5 ounce. Hope everyone will welcome me to the world! 1000 comments appeared within an hour after Linda announced the good news. They praised the baby resembled Linda and she will be a beauty when growing up.

5 months pregnant Sharon Chan (陳敏之) wore flat heels to attend an event at shopping mall at Tseung Kwan O with Ricco Ng (吳偉豪). When asked if she felt uncomfortable during her pregnancy, Sharon said: "Not really when sleeping initially. I lose my appetite and few pounds in weight."

Asking if she has stopped to accept work arrangements from TVB, Sharon said: "Yes for filming series but I can host show." She added pregnant woman must exercise and her husband spent more time to accompany her. Sharon could feel his care and concern.

Sharon disclosed she will give birth in Hong Kong and the expected date of delivery was December, and the arrival of her baby resembled to Christmas gift. She decided to opt for cesarean section and the Chinese name that will be decided by her husband. As for English name, it will follow according to Chinese name and Christine Ng's (伍詠薇) brother will help as well.

17 years old Cherry Yeung (楊嘉欣) comes from 2015 TVB artiste training class and is rumoured to woo Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) earlier. She watched the movie based on priority in Kowloon Station.

When asked about the rumours related to Bosco, Cherry said: "The series has ended and I seldom look for Bosco. I do not have his contact number but we maintain contract through group chat in Wei Xin. (Hinting he is old?) I am 17 years old now. (Prefer mature man?) I love Raymond Lam (林峯) very much and definitely support his concert. (Finding chance to get close to Raymond?) Nope. He left TVB when I joined. (Bosco has endless rumours?) Please look at his endless rumours and no sense of security at all."

Eliza Sam (岑麗香) appeared in a princess image to attend jewellery event and expressed she loved to act as princess when small: "I love to dress myself as a princess when small and my brother will rent video tape and I prefer video related to princess."

When asked if her boyfriend gave her any jewellery, Eliza said: "Yes. (What does he give?) It is personal and please stop mentioning him all the time." Asking if she wanted a fairy tale wedding, Eliza replied her friend organised her wedding in the theme park before: "It resembles a fairy tale and I will decide later. (Any plan?) Slowly. (Buy any jewellery for Linda Chung's (鍾嘉欣) baby?) I have no idea about the gender. (Has not given birth?) Yes and she will announce it to everybody."

Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) was invited as the guest host of the chain of electronic shops to host live program online and it made her very nervous: "I have more experience in acting series but less in hosting shows. I am worried of making errors as it is a live show."

Myolie expressed she made lots of research and will have interactions with the audiences who watched the show online: "I spent plenty of time to research on the products as there is a Q&A section and it is hard to answer when there is dead air." Fala Chen (陳法拉) and Dayo Wong (黃子華) completed 35 rounds of the stage play, Skylight (前度) successfully and the production and cast teams went for supper in Causeway Bay at night. Fala expressed she will stay in Hong Kong for a week to film advertisement and return to US to complete her course for 2 years thereafter. When asked if she could not bear to, Fala said: "Yes. I will be returning during Christmas as need to earn a living but 2 years pass quickly. (TVB approach you to film series?) They seem to contact my manager but I cannot accept long filming job. (Filming the stage play is to earn your school fees?) It is enough and thank you to the boss!"

Asking the types of area to work with Dayo again, Fala said: "We filmed movie together before and hope to work together again. (Any sequel to the stage play?) Nope. I have a tight schedule this time." Dayo explained there was no world tour performance due to their hectic work schedules.

Angie Cheong (張慧儀) appeared in the show and discussed about the abuse by her fiance incident which caused her to withdraw from showbiz: "I feel very down and it brings me too much harm at that time. I dare not tell my family to prevent them from worried and I choose to leave Hong Kong."

Angie disclosed she met her foster son, Hanson during her lowest point and said: "He makes me stand up again." It was uneasy when she adopted Hanson in Beijing at that time: "One day, Hanson called me mummy suddenly but there was somebody applied to adopt him and the principal felt it was a rush moment only. Hence, I cooked for him daily and took care of him temporarily. The person withdraw the application suddenly and it was natural for me to adopt him. I take care of him personally and nobody can replace the love." Asking about her suitors, Angie replied she left it to fate.

Rumours of Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) had given birth in end August has been circulating around since she announced her pregnancy and travelled to Canada. On 19 August, she suddenly shared a short video clip to advertiste skin care products and express her desire to meet everybody in Hong Kong soon. In the video, Linda gains some weight and uses a cushion to hide her stomach. Hence, it is unclear if she has given birth.

TVB Executive, Virginia Lok (樂易玲) denied it on behalf of Linda again and clarified the video clip was taken in Hong Kong last year. As she was bound by the advertisement contract, Linda's manager uploaded the video clip for promotion purpose. She said: "It is an old clip which is taken in Hong Kong. She has an existing advertisement contract and requests her manager to upload the video clip for promotion purpose."

Movie star, Michelle Ye (葉璇) admitted to the romance after taken photographs of being with Mr Mo last year. On that day on Weibo, she shared photo of Mr Mo and herself wearing couple tops showing the cartoon character, Crayon Shin Chan (蠟筆小新) and placing her hand over his shoulder. Michelle left a message: "Which evening in which year? It is Valentine's Day! I was filming yesterday and you were waiting for me. Happy Qixi Festival!" Ever wonder when their wedding bells will be arriving?

Annie Man's (文頌嫻) husband, Jason Lee (李梓慎) is pointed to chase by loansharks and Annie denied it: "It is groundless rumour related to my husband and me. I am discussing with my lawyer to pursue legal actions as it has caused harassment to my daughter and damages to my husband's reputation. My family and I feel very angry."

Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) wore a dazzling diamond ring to attend the premiere of cartoon movie, Chibi Maruko-chan: The Boy from Italy (櫻桃小丸子：來自意大利的少年) at Tsim Sha Tsui and disclosed she dubbed for the new film during an interview: "It is a new role and quite difficult to act as a kid voice, as the role is more to feminine and gentle." She added she won recognition from the professional dubbing staff: "It is my first time to dub and I finish all dialogues within one day. It is quite fun though facing some difficulty. (Challenging the dubbing of Chibi Maruko-chan?) It is too classic and I dub as his friend instead. (Your old love, Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and his god sister have rumours?) When asked about her good friend, Nancy Wu's (胡定欣) relationship, Myolie changed topic and said: "The ratings for this new film is not bad. (Discuss her relationship?) We are adults and breaking up is normal. Hope Nancy will have another relationship soon. (Console in you?) Nope. (Recovering from her relationship failure when in England?) Nope. Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) and Nancy Wu (胡定欣) attended the charity event of TVB magazine at Wong Tai Sin. When mentioned about A Fist within Four Walls (城寨英雄) series starring them received high ratings of 31.3 pts and Nancy wore tight fitting clothes showing her beautiful bottom, she replied she saw her efforts when watching the series and the film producer planned to remove that scene initially but remain in the series eventually. Benjamin praised Nancy had long legs and tiny waist resembling to a sports car.

When asked if any celebration party, both responded a dinner gathering to watch the finale together. Asking if any sequel to the series, they hoped to film movie version as Line Walker (使徒行者) movie was airing currently and hoped to see Jazz Boon's (文偉鴻) second workpiece and movie version of A Fist within Four Walls.

Mentioning about the dispute rumours between Grace Wong (王君馨) and Nancy but she did not have the mood to bother about Grace due to her relationship problem, Nancy said: "Her relationship has no problem." Benjamin disclosed every cast team member has his/her privacy whenever not filming: "It is not that we do not bother but need to rest when not filming." Nancy said: "It has been circulating for few series already."

Bowie Lam (林保怡) brought his beloved dog to attend an event and expressed his dog's lower back was paralysed before and he spent 6 digit amount on medical expenses: "Rearing dog is not easy and the extravagant amount on medical treatment is scary. But I do not want to put it to death as it is part of my family."

When mentioned he was taken photo of kissing with his filming partner, Catherine Chau (周家怡) from Margaret & David - Green Bean (瑪嘉烈與大衛系列-綠豆) series by ViuTV at the street a few days ago. Bowie replied they will kiss each other whenever meeting up: "It is real and we will kiss whenever meeting up as I hope to film sequel. (Really dating?) Please ask Catherine Chau. (Including Bernice Liu (廖碧兒) in the sequel?) It depends on her schedule."

Bowie admitted he disliked to discuss about his relationship: "I will not mention relationship at all. (Many celebrities like to announce it and Vinci Wong (王賢誌) is one good example.) But I have nothing to announce it and it is good that Vinci is happy. Everything is changing in year 2016!"

Vincent Wong (王浩信), Stephen Wong (黃嘉樂), lawyer, Joe Lam (林作) and Anna Ueyama's (上山詩鈉) daughter, Hilary attended an event at Causeway Bay.

Vincent mentioned about his younger brother, Tony (王瑋彤) withdrew from Mr. Hong Kong contest and said: "He is not weak but has been suffering tremendous pressure since joining the contest as he needs to take note of his actions all the time. Thus, it cause him to have poor health and bad temper. My mother is worried about him and everyone agrees to him withdrawing from the contest and I only know it thereafter. He has seen many doctors and worries his health will become poorer if it goes on."

When asked if Tony's pressure came from him, Vincent said: "Yes and I have been giving him positive energy all along." Asking if Tony will join the showbiz by using another method, Vincent replied he learned a valuable lesson and becoming Mr Hong Kong did not rely on appearance only. He might consider joining again next year but depending on his body condition.

Vincent added he was sorry to organisation committee and TVB about his brother withdrawing from the contest. When asked if he believed Tony had high chance of winning, Vincent responded he had confidence in his brother but might not give his best efforts due to his body condition.

Raymond Lam (林峯) attended 2016 LIVETUBE Music Video Award Presentation and expressed he had gained weight due to trying out delicious food with his girlfriend, Karena Ng (吳千語) and friends in Taiwan: "I need to reduce weight again if assign any work but I must slim down before holding world tour concert next year. The fatal point is I love to eat but losing weight is not very difficult as I sweat a lot. (Karena and you are big eaters?) She does not gain weight regardless of eating a lot but I am different." When mentioned if his MV made him won award, Raymond replied unnecessary as the support from the company was very important. It was good to work with experienced director and he could learn something new even if first time collaboration.

Mentioning Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) will not be renewing his contract with TVB, Raymond said: "I am unclear about his situation but he has many workpieces in Mainland China lately. We worked together several years before and I hope to collaborate again. (Agrees to him venturing outside?) Everyone has different directions and developments. Perhaps he wishes to learn something new. (Hong Kong artiste are given more chances after China issued the order of forbidding Korean artiste?) Personally, I support China, Hong Kong and Taiwan as Korea series will not invite Chinese artiste at all."

Joyce Tang (滕麗名) accepted an interview from Elaine Ng (吳綺莉) at radio station and expressed she worked with her around 20 years ago. She returned from Malaysia and said: "I will be filming advertisement, performing on stage and playing ball during charity function at Singapore in month end."

Joyce's popularity increased after filming House of Spirits (一屋老友記) series and disclosed she did not have series to film yet: "Perhaps TVB might not renew my contract and we have yet to discuss. (As you want to film series with Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華)?) Approaching me to film ancient series but Bobby does not want to? (Seldom spend time with your husband due to your work schedule?) Nope. We will be going for holidays to relax after one week." Joyce added she visited a traditional Chinese physician in Malaysia and he told her she had high blood pressure: "I feel it is very amazing and he tells me to be careful of high cholesterol. In fact, I feel dizzy at times and need to check my body since I am getting old now. (Will check again?) Yes, but I need time to rest since returning not long ago."

Taiwanese celebrity Wallace Huo (霍建華) and Ruby Lin (林心如) held their wedding banquet at Bali in end July and many media were present to capture their special moment. After one week, it was rumoured that Joe Chen (陳喬恩) who dated Wallace previously was crying bitterly during his wedding on that night and the news circulated in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Hong Kong. On 09 August, Joe finally clarified and left a message on Weibo that it was a groundless rumour.

Joe pointed the gossip was absurd and requested everyone to let her off as she was trying to work hard in showbiz: "Absurd and helpless! To the media, please think about work ethic before making up any stories. Perhaps you do not have any work ethics after all. I am a simple person, enjoy my work and life. Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) attended the movie premiere of Line Walker (使徒行者) and many TVB actresses including Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Jason Chan (陳智燊), Bob Cheung (張彥博), Elena Kong (江美儀) and others turned up to support her.

Charmaine went to many places to promote the film and encounter very passionate fans in Mainland China: "He was half naked and his heart position revealed the tattoo of my face but he was escorted away quickly. He uploaded the photo on Weibo and perhaps he loves the my role, Ding Jie in the movie too much. (See any passionate fans before?) Yes and I do not think they will hurt me." When mentioned about TVB might be filming the sequel of Line Walker series, Charmaine replied she might consider to film it provided with original cast team.

Nancy Wu (胡定欣) broke up with her boyfriend, Terry Chan (陳明道) not long ago and appeared relaxed when filming Big Boys Club (兄弟幫) show at TVB City. She was smiling when the reporters took photos of her and when asked about her current mood, Nancy said: "Let's talk about it tomorrow as I will be promoting A Fist within Four Walls (城寨英雄)." The reporters then tried to ask her again, Nancy used hand to show OK sign: "Ok! My vacation has ended!" Upon mentioning about her old love attended an event on 02 August, Nancy did not make any comments and say: "Let's talk about it tomorrow!" Subsequently, she went into the studio to prepare the recording.

Bobby Au Yeung's (歐陽震華) series has brought a lot joy for the viewers, but since filming started, everyone has been filming non-stop day and night for consecutive months. The very optimistic Bobby also faces many challenges during filming. This time collaborating with old friend and mate Wu Fung (胡楓), he has been inspired by being told to think of a film site as a theme park, as this is known as Philosophy of Happiness.

Not that rich, but can still be cool

Recently I was watching The Treadmill Runner (贏在起跑線), I saw the pressures of mothers and their children. There was a parent who said Hong Kong has two types of people who aren't cool: 1) someone who doesn't have a house 2) people who don't children, because they are either spending their whole life paying off a house. People who have children are living in a pressured society, trying to focus on what is best for their children's/child's future. I have neither of them, I have no economic burden and I have a place to live in. That's why I'm still cool!

I live a very simple lifestyle, my daily meals are simple. You don't have to eat good food for every meal. Good meals are always invited by people, haha! Being at home eating salted fish and green vegetables is not a problem and you don't have to spend much money. Sometimes I buy toy cars to play with, without the need to spend million of dollars on a real car. If it was a real car, I would purchase a new one when there is a need to. But, in the recent years, I have been travelling a lot, because in the past I had no economic capability to do that! I've pretty much been to places where I want to go and I'm afraid of heights! I dislike long flights and in the recent years, I've been to places that are close. Not too far, 4-5 hours flight would be the best, especially Taiwan. I go there a few times within a year, for food, massage, sleep and relax a bit. Taiwan should find me as their tourism ambassador! 

Treasure old things

I always seem like a happy person on television, but sometimes filming for months, going to work everyday, I feel very exhausted and would like to take a break. I feel like my mind is out of control and my mental health and well-being are affected. I asked Wu Fung about this problem and at his current age, he has grandchildren and luck. He doesn't need to worry about anything. I asked him what mentality does he come to work with, he said he pretends to be a child going to a theme park. I asked him whether he has thought about retiring, he said he won't because retiring feels like death. Fung Gor (Wu Fung) uses this type of mentality when going to work, someone giving you money to go play! How happy can that be! I have started to change, by using the Fung Gor's mentality when heading to work.

Although Fung Gor is around 80 years of age, but he has great mentality and good flexibility. Sometimes he would randomly give me a question and I wouldn't even know how to answer him. The most funniest moment is when we start working, he would always hide his script.
