Vivian Chow recently filmed a commercial for a powdered milk formula for adult. Although Vivian is 48 years old, she still maintains her youthful figure and and good health with regular exercise. No wonder she's being hailed as one of the ageless beauties in the entertainment industry.

Vivian indicated she likes the brand's concept of spreading important health information to friends and family. She recalled the time when her late mother was suffering from arthritis, Vivian said: "My mom was suffering from serious arthritis at the time. At first, the pain was sporadic. In the end, she was in so much pain that she couldn't even walk nor climb up a flight of stairs. That made me realize I need to take better care of my joint health." She also called for everyone to pay attention to their joints, she said: "Our joints will be subject to wears and tears as we age. That's why we need to take steps to avoid joint diseases."

In the commercial, Vivian had to challenge herself by climbing a steep stairs in the mountain. Vivian said: "I often run on my treadmill machine at home. I also like to play tennis with my husband and friends. So the filming of the commercial wasn't all that tiring for me at all."

Keeping fit is always part of the artistes' work and TV Queen, Nancy Wu (胡定欣) is famous for training herself fit. On that day, Nancy asked her good friends such as Mandy Wong (黃智雯), Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) and Jennifer Shum (岑杏賢) to gym together. Earlier, he injured the ligament of his left leg and needed to undergo surgery in Hong Kong this month end. It is believed Aaron needs to use crutch after the surgery but can go for simple exercises after resting for a month. He also needs to go for physiotherapy for six hours daily and has made an appointment with Chow Yun Fat's (周潤發) physiotherapist. When asked if his girlfriend will travel to Hong Kong to take care of him, Aaron rejected to reply.

Asking if he knew his old love, Lynn Hung (熊黛林) will become Mrs Kwok soon, Aaron said: "I did notice the news and give my blessings to her. No reply to other questions."

Nicky Wu (吳奇隆) and his wife, Cecilia Liu (劉詩詩) are exposed for holding their wedding banquet in Bali on 20 March and their bridal shoot photo taken in New Zealand earlier are exposed on 09 March. They went to the volcano and snow mountain to take photo. In one of the photos, Nicky was holding a pack of snack and feeding drink to Cecilia.

Tracy Chu (朱千雪) was shooting the promotion clip for Over Run Over (EU超時任務) series at Tseung Kwan O TVB City and gave a flesh bouquet of flowers to Vincent Wong (王浩信) who was injured during working through Hugo Wong (黃子恆).

Fell in love as Madam who loved to open fire

Over Run Over series was the first series that starred Tracy as the main lead and suffered pressure when filming last year: "Everyone is suffering hardship when filming the series and teamwork is very important. Hence, I can experience the concern showed by others. (More actions?) Yes. I act as Madam and it is my first time to open fire. I fall in love with it too. (Injured?) Fortunately, nothing serious happens. My tummy is injured and the mark remains for sometime. I am almost recovered now. (Dares not wear bikini?) It is unrelated to the mark and my body figure is not good. (The ratings is increasing.) I feel very happy and look forward to the series. It is my first time to act as main lead and hope the ratings will be good."

Had confidence to graduate successfully

Tracy expressed she applied one year leave to study Master's Degree and 6 months had passed. She believed she will graduate successfully: "I am very hardworking."

Knew the filming partner was injured after reading the news

When mentioned about Vincent Wong was injured when filming Over Run Over series, Tracy replied she only knew it after reading the news: "I film scenes with him in the series most of the time and fortunately he was not injured at that time."

Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) worked with Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) again in K9 Cop (警犬巴打) series and fell in love with Linda who acted as vet who had high IQ at 135. Bosco expressed he admired girls with high IQ and independence: "I prefer smart girl who can take care of herself and need not take care of me. I am busy working and she needs not care about me." When mentioned about his old love, Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) was married last year end, Bosco replied he was not anxious to get married and hope to meet his Ms Right.

Bosco disclosed he will be filming Behind-the-Scenes Player (幕後玩家) series with Priscilla Wong (黃翠如), Moon Lau (劉佩玥), Louis Cheung (張繼聰) and Edwin Siu (蕭正楠). Asking if he wished to have chemistry with new filming partner, Bosco replied Priscilla was taken while Moon resembled a little sister. When mentioning about the romance between Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) and Grace Chan (陳凱琳) resembled father and daughter relationship, Bosco said: "It is a low possibility. Moon's character does not suit me and she is very energetic and lively."

Felt bored when facing Linda Chung

Bosco has been filming series in Mainland China in recent years and returned to film series in Hong Kong after 6 months. He expressed it was a new feeling when facing Louis, Edwin, Tony Hung and other actors: "You definitely feel bored if see me acting in series all the time." Next mentioning about acting with Linda from The Gem of Life (珠光寶氣) to K9 Cop series, Bosco said: "I am facing Linda even when filming 8/10 series and I can die for you to see. (Cannot accept it?) Nope. It is boring."

Did not thought of becoming TV King

When asked if he was afraid of being compared to younger generation, Bosco said: "We are almost the same age and there is nothing to compare. Most importantly is I do my part well. (TV King competition is getting intense.) I definitely feel happy if win award but do not think of becoming TV King. Most essential is the audiences are watching happily.
