Raymond Lam (林峯) is busy undergoing training and preparing for his upcoming concert next month and when mentioned he slimmed down while attending the awards ceremony, he said: "Still insufficient! I weigh 150 pounds now and need to continue to slim down. (Zero fats?) Hope so. (Slimmer than your girlfriend, Karena Ng (吳千語)?) It is hard but I have a balanced diet and eat protein and chicken meat now. (Training for 8 abs?) Can feel it slightly and you need to buy ticket to watch it. (Any dangerous performance during the concert?) Yes but it is for effects."

Mentioning about rejected to renew contract with TVB, it angered them and forbade to broadcast his new songs and interviews, Raymond said: "I realise it after reading the news. I cannot control it and will do my part well."

When asked if he felt upset as he used to be heavily groomed by TVB, Raymond said: "Nope. We will have chance to work together again and I meet up with many old colleagues. (Will it affect his new album and concert as zero broadcast in TVB?) Honestly speaking, I do not care about the ticket sales every year and worry about the preparation for the concert. Anyway, I believe in the company and colleagues' abilities."
