After A Change of Heart, Bosco Wong and Michael Miu were scheduled to collaborate again in producer Chong Wai Kin’s new series Midas, but Michael withdrew on short notice. Producer Chong admitted, but there is nobody to replace Michael, he had to change the script. The series is a finance-themed series, Bosco plays a financial expert and will co-star Kate Tsui, Sharon Chan, Nancy Wu and Ben Wong. Nancy plays Bosco’s wife and Kate will get involved in their marriage as the third party. As Michael suddenly withdrew from the series, Bosco takes on more screen time; he will be leading the series from beginning to end.

Yesterday Michael accepted an interview and expressed the reason why he withdrew from the series was because of a schedule conflict. He expressed: “I have something else to do. I just feel extremely sorry. (Is your health ok?) I’m fine, nothing because I have something to do.” Bosco expressed he still does not know about his role or the story yet, but when he learned Michael withdrew from the series, he felt its a pity. He said: “Of course! I miss him. He has to treat me 30 meals and when I open my restaurant later, he has to spend 7 figures! (Opening already?) Still remodeling!” Reporters teased his role is the same as him in real life, a “financial expert”. He laughed: “What? Just trying to make a living! Take it slowly.”
