Raymond Lam attended the new real estate promotion activity at Landmark Plaza the other night. He saw his "dream house", but it is too expensive for him. Raymond revealed unless he has a good discount, otherwise he won't be able to afford it. He has been planning to buy a property and has put aside the deposit for a 10 million HKD property. So far, he hasn't seen anything suitable yet. He said "I have so many toys in my house. I need to sort out my toys before moving house."

Raymond is working on a movie with Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) at the moment. Talking about the split up between Ah Sa and Ronald Cheng, the reporter asked if he has comforted her? Raymond responded by saying they hardly talk about their private affairs when they are at work. Moreover, it is a comedy they are working on. Raymond added "Ah Sa seemed very calm and emotional stable when she is working, she can crack a joke too. We will be going to the mainland to do the outdoor scene soon."
