Angie Cheong (張慧儀) appeared in the show and discussed about the abuse by her fiance incident which caused her to withdraw from showbiz: "I feel very down and it brings me too much harm at that time. I dare not tell my family to prevent them from worried and I choose to leave Hong Kong."

Angie disclosed she met her foster son, Hanson during her lowest point and said: "He makes me stand up again." It was uneasy when she adopted Hanson in Beijing at that time: "One day, Hanson called me mummy suddenly but there was somebody applied to adopt him and the principal felt it was a rush moment only. Hence, I cooked for him daily and took care of him temporarily. The person withdraw the application suddenly and it was natural for me to adopt him. I take care of him personally and nobody can replace the love." Asking about her suitors, Angie replied she left it to fate.

Angie Cheong's (張慧儀) foster son, Hanson is currently 11 years old and when mentioned about being foster parent, she felt it was an act of love and could offer helping hand to the children. Angie admitted getting along with her foster son made her feel the real love which surpassed the fresh and blood relations, and encouraged people to foster children.

Angie disclosed she met Hanson when doing voluntary work in Beijing 9 years ago and he called her 'mother' when suffering from serious heart disease at that time. Hence, she decided to adopt him and he changed her perspective since then and placed family as her top priority.

However, Hanson was in a coma for 9 weeks after undergoing surgery in the past and it affected his speech, and might passed away anytime if there was a relapse. Thus, Angie tried to make herself stronger and pray to god for giving them more time to communicate.

Angie Cheong (張慧儀) brought her 'son' to attend children singing competition in radio station and expressed children songs suited him, and he would children songs at times. She said: "But lesser now and this event is considered good during weekend." When asked if she would sing children song, Angie replied it was impossible: "Singing is difficult. Children song can inspire the children's creative and it is meaningless if you cannot sing well. (Sing songs to make him happy?) Less and I cook food him usually."

When mentioned about Flora Chan lost her temper and showed black face, Angie who worked together with her before expressed that she did not read the news: "I have no scenes with her in the series and she is nice when attending event together. (Any contacts in private?) Not much and she is okay when working so far."

Artiste Angie Cheung (張慧儀) attended a dinner functions which included other guests such as Emily Kwan (關寶慧), Ricky Fan (范振鋒), Noel Leung (梁小冰), Baby Po (寶珮如), Kiwi Yuen (袁潔儀), Elaine Silva (施綺蓮), Chen Ming Ming (鄭明明), Strawberry Yuk (楊玉梅) and Gregory Charles River (河國榮) and others.

Angie is in the food business and expressed that she joins the function due to better understanding of the market and hoped it will be useful to her business. She said "Since the airing of the series, Never Dance Alone (女人俱樂部), I receive many business invitations with some business opportunity and thought of developing in other areas as well. (Make yourself prettier to bring in business?) Also can and I will be their priority consideration. (Invest with partners?) Have to see the category and size. (Not filming series?) I will manage both and with enhanced experience, it is useful to my acting. (Negotiating now?) I am negotiating with TVB and movie as well, but cannot announce now. (Towards sexy direction?) After 10 years of absence from filming and making a comeback in TVB series, Never Dance Alone (女人俱樂部), Angie Cheung (張慧儀) developed an addiction to acting. She frankly expressed that she hopes to re-enter the entertainment industry to create a new chapter of success. Revealing that she has an addiction to acting, she said she has high expectations on her roles and believed to have been influenced by her actual life and her adopted son Hanson, Angie expressed that she wants to play the role of a single mother so she can incorporate her real-life feelings to her audience.

40-years old Angie who kept herself in good shape and was identified as part of the Beautiful Demoness clan (美魔女), it is rare for her to drop her pretty face image and play the role of a simple mother. She smiled and replied “In TV series, Never Dance Alone, I purposely didn’t put on makeup and it went well, I don’t mind when I’m acting because it is a role, what matters is when I come out on an ordinary day and still look fine. (No wonder recently there were rumors that a wealthy businessman is pursuing you?) We are just friends, just ordinary friends, but I am not absurd, if I find the right one, I will try it out but I haven’t met one yet. (High standards?) He has to treat me well and also my son, we have to have similar goals, and he has to know how to appreciate me. It’s actually not easy to find one like that, I haven’t encounter a man that fits my description in the past ten years.”

With a “dry” love life, Angie who haven’t find the right man yet, does not feel lonely because her adopted son Hanson gives her the greatest console. Angie candidly expresses that Hanson is her everything. For the sake of giving Hanson a better education, she gave up her business in Mainland China and opened a mini supermarket in Hong Kong so Hanson can attend Hong Kong’s international school. Hanson also has a heart disease so he has to be medically treated for a long period and Angie reveals that the medical fees are a large part of her expenses. As a loving mother, Angie hopes that her recognition brought by Never Dance Alone will help her re-enter the entertainment industry, find success in Hong Kong, and earn a larger sum to manage her son’s 200M education fee and six-figure medical fee. Angie can be considered a 24/7 loving and caring mother.

Single mummy Angie Cheong (張慧儀) had adopted a 5 years old boy called Hanson who suffered from heart disease in year 2009. Back then, she treated Hanson as her own son and will pay for his school and medical fees, and fetch him from school as well.

In the afternoon (05 June), Angie fetched her 'son' from the school and returned to her residence together. Angie held his hands while Hanson was carrying his school bag. During the walking journey, there was a sudden weird gust of wind and Hanson tided his hair afterwards. As such, it showed that he liked to be a good looking boy too.
