Anne Heung (向海嵐) revealed she will be hosting ATV (亞視) shows and accepting several stage performances during a dinner banquet at night on
4th April 2018. Anne revealed her friends and she invested 7 digits on the jewellery business lately: “All jewellery that I wear tonight come from my company
and it is not expensive. Our company emphasises on aordable prices and it includes expensive jewellery.

1998 Miss Hong Kong winner, Anne Heung (向海嵐) accepts an interview from the show hosted by Terry Leung (梁泰) and discusses about the reason for leaving TVB and rumours with Jackie Chan (成龍) at that time. She left TVB in 2008 and worked in China after acting as the female main lead in The Legend of Lady Yang (楊貴妃) and Love is Beautiful (無頭東宮) series: "Demoting from a main lead to supporting lead in my last series is one of the reasons for leaving TVB. Honestly, I do not mind it and feel very contented that my role character is influential in the drama. For example: I am not the female main lead in The Charm Beneath (胭脂水粉) series but whatever I do influence the whole family. Many people remember I act as villain."

Anne decides to leave as she is clueless about the company's arrangement and has different direction with them: "I always feel my role character is not very important or get the liking from the others. We will only know it after asking TVB Executive, Ms Virginia Lok (樂易玲) and I believe I am a courteous person who will not offend people easily."

Mentioning about the rumours with Jackie Chan in 2000, Anne feels helpless: "It is very weird and I have no idea why they say that. We really do not interact much but get to know each other after some events later. I am innocent and treat him as a respected senior only. Anyway, I treat it as promotion and should advertise it heavily and may have more jobs at that time."

Anne Heung (向海嵐) attends an award ceremony to encourage students on 16 August and it reminds her that she only cares about studying and seldom participates in extra school activities. Her grades improve after studying in Canada: "It is easier and simpler to study and get A grade at that time. Some say it is easier to study in overseas and I will become more obedient to prevent from people looking down on me."

Anne participates in the musical play, Fly Bao to the Moon (我和青天有個秘密) and it will start on Friday. The director is 19 years old and he has already written the script 3 years ago and the new generation earn her respect.

Anne Heung left showbiz four years ago to work for the company owned by Loretta Chu's husband in Shanghai. There is news that Anne resigned from her position in the company. [Apple Daily] contacted Anne in Shanghai yesterday and chatted about her next steps.

Anne said she learned a lot in the last several years, and really want to thank her two bosses. However, she really hopes to have her own career, therefore she and a friend from HK are planning to start a company, specializing in helping Mainland clients plan their weddings overseas. She will invest 6 figures into this company. She also said she signed with a new management and will make a comeback in TV series. Her boss, Loretta Chu, greatly supports her decision.

In fact, Anne's two TVB series The Legend of Lady Yang and Love is Beautiful were quite a hit in Mainland, and in the last two years many people have been asking her to shoot TV series or stage plays. Since acting is still one of her interests, she decided to work simultaneously on her business and go back into acting. She said her manager is discussing her future jobs in showbiz; it is estimated that she'll make her comeback at the end of the year, but she's focusing in Mainland. When asked if she'll come back and shoot TV series in Hong Kong? Anne said she enjoyed working with Marianne Chan, Gigi Lai, Wayne Lai and everyone else back then, and really does hope to have the opportunity to work with them again.

Last night, a charity evening event was held at the Grand Hyatt hotel where a group of former Miss Hong Kongs became part of the "Wai Yin Association" carefully dressed up for. The sexiest among the group were Anne Heung and Tracy Ip, but the most beautiful Miss HK was Loletta Chu.

Recently news broke out on a radio station by Stephen Siu that in the last 12 years one of the top three Miss Hong Kong winners is a transsexual, she was once popular, but now kept it low-key. Last night Loletta Chu was asked about the transsexual rumors, she said: "Huh? Huh? Although I don't know what's going on, but I'm shocked. That is hard to believe, I definitely don't believe that."

Anne Heung: Nonsense

Anne Heung appeared at the event in a red deep V evening dress. She especially came back to HK from Shanghai to attend this event and her main focus is to do business back in HK. Business is different than filming series after all, she does hope to develop her business in HK. Being one of the suspects, asked about the Miss HK transsexual rumors, she said: "Impossible. TVB is a large corporation, year after year the competition happened, TVB also has strict rules, I believe the chances are very low." She expressed that the rumors are nonsense, the Miss HKs every year have contributed to society and these types of rumors can really hurt people, hope to keep it in moderation. Anne also wondered if Stephen Siu's comment implies that the judges back then had eye problems, to have missed out a transsexual?

Anne ridiculed the rumors, she said: "Is it because there's no big news to write about? Although Hong Kong does have freedom, before it was about plastic surgery, now its transsexuals. Ridiculous, enough is enough."

Hoyan Mok supports transsexuals
Hoyan Mok was the leader of the "Wai Yin Association", she expressed that she has heard about the rumors, but felt that its impossible for a Miss HK to be transsexual. However, she does know of some transsexuals that she works with, she said: "At first I didn't know, even then its not a problem. She's not a Miss HK though." Hoyan felt that whether or not the rumors are true, it is not something strange, she praised the transsexuals being brave and people should not discriminate them. Nowadays, society's acceptance standards are much higher, even if there is a transsexual beauty pageant that is not a problem.
