The Forgotten Valley (平安谷之詭谷傳說) series starring Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) and Louisa So (蘇玉華) is airing its debut on 15 January and they have dinner together with the cast team. Katy expresses Louisa offers to treat them but many are absent due to the last minute invitation.

Katy has confidence towards the ratings record as the series has Lau Kong (劉江) and Louisa. Mentioning about Louisa is not filming TVB series temporarily, Katy says: "I watch her Plain Love II (茶是故鄉濃) series when small and feel very happy that we get to film together this time. We also establish good rapports and I am planning to get her as my mentor in cooking skills. (Buying peach blossoms to improve your romance luck?) I did buy it but give it to other people and hope Grace Chan (陳凱琳) will be the first one to give red packets. (Something to tell us?) I am referring to the working but it should be soon and I may need to become part of the sisters' group for the third time."

Katy hurts her back when Hugo Wong (黃子恆) films a scene of throwing her to the ground in Justice Bao: The First Year (包青天再起風雲) series and another scene illustrates her beaten up by Hugo and Katy's left knee is swollen as a result.

Ali Lee (李佳芯) and Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) are promoting My Ages Apart (誇世代) series at Bounce Hong Kong on 03 January and reveals the episode on 03 January will be showing them touching each other parts. Ali points some interactions are quite amusing and Katy replies she gives her first try to her. Ali says: "I film several bed scenes since joining showbiz and it is the first time that my opponent is a girl. I tend to have reservations if filming it with guys." It makes Katy's hair stand up when they are touching each other feet and smiling awkwardly upon realising both feet are smooth.

Katy reveals she is turning into a devil slowly and will be seducing Sammy Leung (森美) and running in the street in a bra top only: "Initially, I am wearing a t-shirt but in order to seduce Sammy, I decide to wear a bra top to run around at the Central. I feel very embarrassed as many people are looking. (Sammy likes beautiful legs?) No idea. Does he like legs?"

Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華), Kristal Tin (田蕊妮), Ali Lee (李佳芯), Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) and others are promoting My Ages Apart (誇世代) series on 16 November and are arranged in different groups to play climbing games. Moses Chan (陳豪) and Louis Cheung (張繼聰) perform swiftly but Bobby looks frightened and other male actors proceed to play the game after wearing protective clothes.

After TVB imposing limits to wearing sexily, all actress are seen wearing conservatively. Ali admits to receiving the notification and it does not affect her much as she seldom wears sexily in the public unless it is required in the script when filming drama. Mentioning about the episode raping by Moses in My Ages Apart series on 15 November, Ali replies everyone has a fertile imagination and she wears many layers as safety precaution: "Everyone shouts when my top is removed."

Katy also confesses the limit does not affect her much  and it is good as everyone will not focus on the wrong point. Initially, she wants to wear a bra top but changes to a t-shirt in order to follow the company's instruction. However, Katy has decided the outfit for TVB Anniversary Gala and the bottom part will be transparent and covered by flowers. Asking if she will show it to Ms Virginia Lok (樂易玲) beforehand, Katy says: "No need to. We have many female artiste and she will be very busy. We are always obedient and know how to take care of ourselves."

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) and Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) attended an event at nightclub on 24 August and she expressed it had been many years since she visited nightclub and could have some fun while working this time. Katy usually works during her birthday and plans to have fun with Zoie Tam (譚凱琪), Jess Sum (沈卓盈) and Grace Chan (陳凱琳) but it is not finalised for fear of people recognising them.

Katy feels she is a failure as nobody treats her to drinks in nightclub before and she wished to go out for fun at times. As she is poor in drinking, the criteria as her boyfriend must be better than her in drinking so that he can help her to drink.

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) attended the wrap up party of My Ages Apart (誇世代) series on 15 August and when mentioned about promoted to female lead in the next series, she replied that she left it to the company to announce it. She was elated to have a busy workload continuously and afraid of losing job at the same time: "I work in showbiz for many years and will cherish any opportunity given. Although the filming only starts in September, but I start to do my homework after filming My Ages Apart series."

Katy reveals her opponent is Owen Cheung (張振朗) and they film Come Home Love (愛‧回家) together. As she is afraid of water all long, Katy learns to swim and hope to overcome it: "I have buy some swimsuit and a female coach will be teaching me to swim. (What style?) Learning how to swim is most important and my target is able to float within 1 month."

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) wears a dress revealing her shoulder and looks radiant to attend a beauty salon event but request the reporters not to take photos of her back, as she has marks when filming My Ages Apart (誇世代) series under the glaring sun. She says: "We are wearing evening gown to take photos outside and I plan to wear a dress revealing my back initially but really cannot accept 2 colours. (Reveal your back and go for sun tanning?) Only at the balcony in my home and I dare not reveal my back. Perhaps I need to find deserted island to do it."

Mentioning about Louis Cheung (張繼聰) stating that nobody is aware of dehydration when filming series on social networking website, Katy says: "Louis is too big and has firm muscles and he has dehydration as the director wants him to wear leather jacket. But we are not required to and can wear thinner layer." She remarks that Sammy Leung (森美) and Moses Chan (陳豪) are muscular men and their muscles are bigger than her thigh, and cannot resist touching their muscles.

Grace Chan (陳凱琳), Louisa So (蘇玉華), Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) and others attended the worshipping ceremony of Safety Valley, Catch One by One (平安谷‧逐個捉) series. Katy disclosed they were planning for holidays together after the wrap-up party of the series but had not confirmed the destination as Grace was afraid of the glaring sun. She hoped to take photos for each other: "Perhaps swimsuit or diving suit."

Grace expressed she will be celebrating Valentine's Day with Katy due to filming new series and single Katy said: "I feel it is better and as if the company makes arrangements for me during Valentine's Day. (But Grace needs to date?) She feels sweet everyday and I feel lonely though."

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) attended a Lunar New Year event on 02 February and expressed she had 2 days of rest after filming new year programme. However, she was sick and participated the "safety group" of nightwear and disclosed the peach blossom withered: "I hate this peach blossom since small and do not want any boyfriend but more connections this year. (Why not peach blossom luck?) I am scared to meet playboy. (Meet playboy before?) Everyone will anyway!"

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) received many advertisement contracts after winning Best Actress in a Supporting Role (最佳女配角) award based on Two Steps from Heaven (幕後玩家) series during 2016 TVB Anniversary Awards. On 31 December, she accepted an interview from Li Kui Ming (李居明) who pointed that she will have chances to win TV Queen in next two years and 2018 was the best year for him. Katy replied she did not think too much and wish to work harder only but his prediction will bring her positive energy.

Katy felt elated when Kui Ming pointed that she will give birth in the future as she loved children. However, she was currently single and did not turn up for dinner when her friends tried to introduce guys to her.

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) was promoting Two Steps from Heavens (幕後玩家) series on 28 November and her crying skills was described as 'century skills standard' by the netizens. She disclosed that there will be another crying scene again: "I will be having a breakdown and shouting as need to fight with Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) for my daughter. I become jelly after filming that scene and lose my voice as well. It is very pitiful and I feel unhappy when going home." She added her eyes was red and kept crying when filming for 2 months.

When asked if she had similar experience, Katy replied there was third party in her relationship before: "It happens after joining showbiz and I do not want to talk about it. (The third party comes from beauty pageant?) No idea." She also expressed her desire to win Best Supporting Female Lead award based on this role: "Hopefully the audiences will have breakdown with me again."

Louis Cheung (張繼聰), Edwin Siu (蕭正楠), Alice Chan (陳煒), Katy Kung (龔嘉欣), Gloria Tang (鄧佩儀), Moon Lau (劉佩玥) were promoting Two Steps from Heaven (幕後玩家) series at Hung Hom. As Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) was absent, they kicked the ball with his picture around and it was amusing. Louis made fun of Bosco that he 'ate all good stuff' in the series and Katy praised his lips was very soft. Katy, Moon and Alice wore skirts to show off their legs.

During an interview, Alice said: "Bosco and I filmed intimate scene but it was removed when airing it. So I know he has soft lips. (It is a pity that the scene is removed?) No choice and I can only treat it as memory." Mentioning about the bruise on her waist was evident and the netizens commented she had 'extra flesh' when performing hula hoops on TVB Anniversary Gala on 19 November, Katy said: "It is the costume problem and it is tighter as I need to perform. My waist is 23 inches and you can look at my swimsuit photo. There is no editing at all. (Have confidence in your figure?) Yes, I will try harder. My metabolism is getting slower as I am getting older."

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣), Gloria Tang (鄧佩儀), Louis Cheung (張繼聰), Edwin Siu (蕭正楠) and others were promoting Two Steps from Heaven (幕後玩家) series and Katy revealed her legs and waist when playing car stimulation game. Katy and Gloria exposed their safety precautions as a result. Katy expressed she was the safest driver among them: "I drive most safely and do not have any point deductions at all." She added she wore 3 pairs of shoes and was not worried about exposing herself when playing games.

Katy disclosed she will be working on her birthday next month as filming pre-modern series with Raymond Wong (黃浩然) and Grace Chan (陳凱琳). She planned to buy property as her birthday gift but only viewing it currently: "Looks like I can buy it after my birthday. (Ask people to buy it for you?) I have backbone and will buy it by myself. (Find a male owner for the property?) I rejected the blind date arranged by my friend and do not wish to have any rumours."

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) acted as Bosco Wong's (黃宗澤) wife and had 1 daughter in TVB new series, Two Steps from Heaven (幕後玩家) series. Katy was forced to pretend she had no idea about Bosco was cheating on her and admitted that she chose to leave when her old love cheated on her in reality: "Sometimes god will let you know and you can see that your boyfriend and female friend do not have a simple friendship. He refused to admit it and I chose to leave." Katy rejected to disclose the identity of her old love when asked if he worked in showbiz.

As Katy was single in reality, it gave her another experience when acting as a mother for the first time: "I feel scared initially as not easy to film series with children but the girl is very obedient. She will call me 'mummy' during and after filming and it resembles to a sweet family." When mentioned about Bosco's cheating, Katy replied both parties must sit down for a chat: "I will not pretend that I am unaware of it and it depends if we have any children too. I will definitely feel mad but need to hear his explanation."

Katy has been single for many years and points her dry love life resembles to dry lips. She expressed she was not in a hurry to date but wished to focus on her career.

Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) was accused of bringing a married man, Alan home. Two days ago, she attended an event and denied it. She expressed Alan helped her to repair the car but did not go into her house on that day and did not expect it to cause gossip.

Katy Kung emphasised both alighted from the car separately in order to prevent misunderstanding on that day and Alan had helped her to apologise to his family. Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) exposed her good friend, Elaine Yiu (姚子羚) was getting married and Elaine denied it immediately when ON.CC (東網) tried to verify with her: "Nope. What she means is she needs to save money to buy house for her old age if I am getting married one day."

Elaine and her boyfriend have dated for 2 years and stopped working as her face was injured earlier. Thus, she took the opportunity to go for holidays before resuming to work and emphasised she had no marriage thought now.

After being romantically linked to actress Ankie Beilke and Linda Chung, Ruco Chan is now rumoured to be dating Chinese actress Katy Kung.

As reported on HK Channel, speculations of their relationship sparked recently when it was reported that the "All That is Bitter is Sweet" actor has turned down an offer to appear at a Buddhist function and has chosen to go on a date with the 24-year-old actress instead.

On 9 September, the two stars were spotted having a meal at a hot pot restaurant, along with good friends Matt Yeung, Jason Chan and Sarah Song.

Though they were observed to be enjoying each other's company, both Ruco and Katy's mood changed when they noticed the presence of paparazzi. Ruco hurriedly left the premise with Katy without finishing his meal.

Allegedly, Ruco pursued Katy after failing to court Linda, his co-star in both "Brother's Keeper" and "All That is Bitter is Sweet" due to her relationship with martial arts actor Phillip Ng.

However, when asked to address the rumours, Ruco denied that he and Katy are in a relationship. "We are only friends. It's impossible for me and Katy to be together."

TVB Artiste, Evergreen Mak (麥長青) and Stefan Wong (黃長興) acted together in the new series, Storm in a Cocoon (守業者). In this series, Katy (龔嘉欣) and 33 years old KK Cheung (張國強) developed a loving relationship despite of an age gap. She said "I know how to seduce and massage." But in reality, Katy has no luck meeting any guys and will be spending the Valentine's Day alone and said "Good man is so hard to find and my wish is to date, get married and give birth within few years time." Katy hoped to hit the bull's eye and stop wasting her youth.

In this same series, Evergreen played the role of a young master who had self-destruction tendencies and was always practising at home. As he was too engrossed in practising, thus scared his daughter. Although Evergreen is married, but he is thinking of re-run the wedding as his daughter does not have the chance to see her parents got married. As such, he plans to go through the wedding vows and get married again on the next wedding anniversary. Stefan is going to be a father and due to busy managing his restaurant business, he feels guilty and said "I do not celebrate Valentine's Day for 3 years. Since the Valentine's Day and Western Valentine's Day fall on the same day this year plus with an additional family member (baby), it will be very meaningful. Thus, this will be the last year for his wife to celebrate before becoming a mother, so we must definitely celebrate."

First it was Jack Hui, and then she was romantically linked to Benjamin Yuen. Now rumour has it that Patrick Tang's ex-girlfriend, Katy Kung, has actually been dating "Lan Kwai Fong" actor Sammy Shum in secret.

As reported on Apple Daily, the actress, who once denied romance with the actor, was recently spotted meeting him at a mall near Tsung Kwan O Plaza after successfully avoiding each other at an event half an hour earlier.

Katy and Sammy were seen holding hands and pushing a shopping cart together at the parking lot. However, upon spotting the presence of paparazzi, both stars quickly separated and tried to avoid the cameras.

Sources claimed that Sammy and Katy have been seeing each other for quite a while since her breakup with Patrick in December last year.

It was said before Kayi Cheung was involved in Katy Kung and Patrick Tang's relationship, which led to their breakup. Recently it was rumored Patrick reconciled with Katy, but she exclaimed its "impossible". Katy expressed: "After the breakup, we are still colleagues. When we see each other, we say a few words. As the saying goes once unfaithful, always unfaithful. When searching for a boyfriend before age 30, I won't be impulsive." Katy currently has many pursuers, but she will no longer let a relationship, she doesn't have confidence on, obstruct her career opportunities.

Katy Kung and Patrick Tang sparked love after shooting TVB series 7 Days In Life in 2010. Due to their 16 year age gap, not many supported them being together, but the couple were still very much in love. Earlier it was rumored Patrick bought a car for his girlfriend. Unfortunately, it turns out the two have already broken up. Yesterday morning, Katy said on Weibo: "Lately there has been a lot of reporters writing about how sweet my love life is, and I want to say thank you. There are a lot of things to experience in life. After the love ends, using a different way of getting along with someone would be even better... I will put even greater effort into my work from now on."

In a phone interview, Katy admitted she and Patrick have indeed broken up, she said: "We've split up some time ago, as to how long ago, I don't want to say. I just wanted to wait for the right time before I say anything. (What was the reason for the break up?) Incompatible personalities, we don't match, but we still have a good relationship. (A new love interest?) This has nothing to do with a third party. I don't have a new partner now, wait it out first. I can't just start a new relationship that easily." She stressed she and Patrick did not cohabit while they were dating, but after the break up, she moved to a place closer to TVB. Katy expressed she is currently working with Patrick on new series Record of the Fifth Day Opening, but they only have one scene together. She said there is no awkwardness when they meet.

As for Patrick, perhaps he still hasn't recovered from the break up since reporters have not been able to contact him. Last month, on the 20th, he uploaded a picture of himself on Weibo and wrote: "I had enough...who will be able to accept... I'm tired and there's no way to escape." Wonder if he was implying that he's back to being single. On August 10th, it was the last time Patrick interacted with Katy on Weibo, he said to her: "What is love? Do you need it? Are you happy?" It appears his comment has a meaning beyond the words.
