The three of them spent hours making statements to the police about the case. At 3am, they were seen leaving the police station and Jessie appeared to have no expression. She expressed that the case is already passed to the police to investigate, and she currently cannot reveal the progress. The Police PR Branch has confirmed the case will be treated as a sexual harassment case and the CID at the Mong Kok District Police Department will be responsible for the investigation. At the moment, no arrests has been made.

She told everyone to be careful and after a night to recover from the incident, she can finally get a good sleep. Yesterday she wrote on Weibo again and thanked everyone for their concern, she is feeling better and hopes some people get the legal punishment they deserve. Jessie also hopes other girls who are 'bullied' will step forward because it cannot be tolerated. Yesterday reporters contacted Jessie, but has not got a response. Her manager said it is not convenient to comment.

Also, Mimi Lo, Myolie Wu and many other artists were very supportive of Jessie on Weibo. Myolie said yesterday: "If the doctor did it this time (sexual harassment), there may be other female victims too. If we still don't say anything, then there could be another victim, so I really support Jessie calling the police, can't let it be tolerated and nurture the evildoer. For me, most of my doctors are females. When I see a male doctor, I have to have a female nurse around, I know how to protect myself, if anything I will kick him and will definitely speak up."
Bosco Wong attended a mother's day event and expressed Jessie's decision was absolutely correct. He said: "Myolie didn't tell me about it, but she should call the police. When I saw the report today, I felt bad for her!"
