Commercial Radio's (CRHK) DJ Eileen Cha (Siu Yan) and Stephen Chan are unable to be colleagues on the radio station after all and instead cunningly switches roles. Eileen Cha will soon be joining TVB and replace Stephen Chan's signature talk show Be My Guest. Yesterday Eileen and TVB executive (Yu Wing San) had a meeting at the hotel to discuss the details of her new talk show.

After former TVB GM Stephen Chan left the company, he became CEO of CRHK. Recently it was rumored Stephen 'fired' Eileen, in order to promote Elaine Ng and have Elaine take over Eileen's hosted programmes. Yesterday Stephen clarified over the phone that he did not 'fire' Eileen. He stressed he has already made arrangements for new additions to her current programme. She will be responsible for other behind-the-scenes work as well. Regarding to the rumor that Eileen is going to replace his previous TVB talk show Be My Guest, Stephen strongly supported: "Eileen is very experienced and is a skilled interviewer. She can develop even more on the television platform."

Yesterday Eileen had a meeting with TVB executive Yu Wing San to discuss the details of her new TVB show. Ms. Yu frankly expressed every new TV station she went to, she asked Eileen to host a programme, and finally after 9 years, it is successful: "The programme will be a 1 hour 'spicy' talk show. It is already schedule to start airing on September 2nd on TVB Jade."

After 9 years, Ms. Yu successfully got Eileen to host a show for her. Eileen frankly said she's been wanting to do a show for Ms. Yu and the pay is really good. She is just worried she won't be able to handle it: "I've been busy with my mother's funeral arrangements, then I have to accompany my son to the U.S to sort out the school enrollment, but I'll be back on August 26th for CRHK's anniversary celebration. (How is the relationship now?) I am still an employee! This time, I'm just helping TVB do a show, and bump into you all (reporters), I still have to explain to my company!"

As for Elaine Ng replacing her in CRHK? Eileen said: "I already knew before! Stephen told me to withdraw, so I could work on other programmes. (Taking you out of the programme, are you feeling unhappy?) No! It's just a reporting trick!"

Earlier, Eileen Cha exposed on her radio program the inside story to Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung's marriage issues. Yesterday she attended an event and expressed she is not afraid of being accused of creating gossips. She said: "My initial approach was to report and analyze the situation. It does not matter if you all don't believe it, then don't write about it! If it's not true, then someone will come out!" However, Eileen used 'protecting witness' as an excuse to conceal the insider. She also refuses to respond if she first got permission from Deborah Lai before exposing the story on the radio.
