Elaine Ng(吳綺莉) had an affair with Jackie Chan(成龍) 17 years ago and gave birth to their daughter Etta Ng(吳卓琳). Last year, Etta revealed her mother as an alcoholic and having emotional issue while Elaine called her daughter rebellious.

The two were celebrating Chinese New Year together last night and Etta shared a picture of her mom holding a cigarette to her mouth onto Instagram with a comment, she wrote: "My mother is a wonderful influence." The picture attracted a lot of media attention since Etta is still only 16 years old.

Elaine later responded to the matter on her Weibo account, she wrote: "This has been another lesson for me as a mother. We were just playing around and she wanted to let her friends see the picture. I never would have thought that the media would spread the picture all over the internet. I once bought a bottle of wine and became the headline for entertainment news. I want to thank the media for paying such close attention to us. Every experience is a learning experience. We will continue to learn from everyone."

Grace Chan (陳凱琳), Ali Lee (李佳芯), Louisa Mak (麥明詩), Liza Wang (汪明荃) and others were recording New Year program in Tseung Kwan O TVB City. Grace appeared to be agile when playing games and won the golden monkey prize.

Had dinner in Kevin Cheng's house

During the interview, Grace expressed she had given the golden monkey prize to her parent and when mentioned about her arrangement for New Year, she replied she will be working and filming variety show. Asking if she will be going to Kevin Cheng's (鄭嘉穎) house for visiting, Grace responded she will be having dinner in his house: "Yes as I feel it is very important. I will have dinner with his mother. (He is going to your house for visiting as well?) Yes. (Red packets competition?) Nope and I already feel satisfied for having dinner with his mother."

Two person world during Valentine's Day

When asked if Kevin and she will be attending event as couple again on Valentine's Day, Grace disclosed she wished to enjoy two person world quietly: "It is more precious if do it less and I feel it is best to have two person world during Valentine's Day. (Have candlelight dinner?) Unnecessary and we might not follow the traditions. (Prepare surprises?) No idea yet!"

Niki Chow (周麗淇) wore a white dress to attend the opening ceremony as spokesperson for jewellery store, Just Gold and the organisation committee arranged a French man to kneel down with 6 carats of diamond ring worth Five Million.

When asked if the organisation committee really gave 6 carat diamond ring to her, Niki said: "I do not think so and they will deduct from my fees if giving it to me. (6 carat diamond ring is unnecessary for marriage proposal?) Yes. (Will marry regardless of any rings?) Not really and it must be symbolic. (No need to kneel with ring?) Ring is required and it must have some traditional symbols but sincerity is most important. It is most essential to love that person and big or small diamond ring does not matter. It is also unnecessarily to kneel down and I have not try it before. (Feel embarrassed when the French man kneels down?) Yes. Anyway, it is a form of blessings and wish the luck will happen to me soon."

Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) accepted an interview from radio station and when mentioned about his role as Sze Ma sir (施馬Sir) in Speed of Life (鐵馬戰車) series received good reviews, he replied he did not expect the reaction was good: "The series was wrapped up during end year 2014 and the colleagues in editing room said the role was cheap and they wished to continue watching it. (Will you talk as a policeman since you acted in many police roles?) Nope but I did many research for this series. I have friend who works as traffic police and asked them about their terminology. (Filming the series with full concentration as you are a car lover?) In fact, many colleagues have motorcycle licences and they like to talk about cars. We drove motorcycle to see and help out when others were filming a car scene."

When mentioned about Short End of the Stick (公公出宮) series received ratings at 19 pts when broadcasted on first day, Nancy Wu (胡定欣) replied it was normal during Lunar New Year and the cast team watched the first episode together happily and believed the ratings will increase gradually. She disclosed she was domineering in the series and the four eunuchs were amusing.

Asking if they will watch the series together again, Nancy said: "Nope as everyone needs to work but we will promote the series again on 14 February. (Any celebrations for Valentine's Day?) Facing Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) for whole day as filming House of Spirits (一屋老友記) series." She was also pointed not to get red packets after this year as everybody urged her to get married.

Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) and Joyce Cheng (鄭欣宜) participated in a marathon and many fans of Ruco turned up and requested to take photos with him. He felt that taking photos with the citizens was a positive promotion activity and many people requested to take photo with him in the street for the past 2 years. Ruco said: "Feels very happy to get the recognitions. (Apply make-up when go out too?) No need but will wear a cap if in a poor condition. Will blow my hair if in good condition and okay to take photos with everybody."

Preferred to take the camera by himself

As Ruco was afraid of the photos turned out to be unpleasant, the citizens allowed him to take the camera instead: "It is better for me to take photos by myself as sometimes they take photo of half of my face and do not look good on certain angles."

Stirred unhappiness from the fans

There was once he drove his car to the carpark to replace the tyre and it caused his face dirty and a group of secondary school students requested to take photo with him, Ruco told them to wait but they walked away after waiting for 15 minutes and it made them assumed that he did not want to take photo with them. He said: "Once, I was working and some fans requested to take photo and I told them I will take photo with them after working. Who knows nobody is around when I come out and see them again when driving out. Can see they feel very unsatisfied but there is nothing much I can do and hope I can take photo with them next time."

Nancy Wu (胡定欣) is promoting the TVB series, Short End Of The Stick (公公出宮). When mentioned about rumours related to Tavia Yeung's (楊怡) contract with TVB ending on April and will leave TVB, Nancy Wu said: "Before that, I talked about it with Tavia Yeung and found out her contract is ending soon. I have no idea about her views and wish she will continue to stay here. But I will support her if she has better developments elsewhere." Nancy Wu added she knew Tavia for a long time but never worked together before. She said: "Perhaps can film 1 to 2 series within a year and can do other work as well."
