Jessica Hsuan (宣萱) attended Elaine Ng's (吳綺莉) programme as the guest and disclosed that she always shared her health knowledge with her friends. Jessica called herself as 'Zhong Nu' (Middle-aged woman) to Elaine and smilingly expressed that age was not a factor and health was the most important.
Jessica revealed that she exercised thrice a week and walked more rather than driving. She said "I set 6km to walk daily and will continue walking." Jessica usually ate chicken breast meat and ate less after 7 plus. In total, she reduced 13 pounds in weight within 6 weeks.
