TVB investigating for the mole
Yesterday reporters contacted Flower Sister's Producer (Kwan Wing Chung) to confirm. He reveals that approximately two weeks ago, a Raymond fan called TVB and expressed that they discovered the photos posted online. Producer Kwan said the scene from the photos were filmed in the studio, absolutely not photos secretly taken from outdoor filming and therefore 'outsiders' are eliminated as the culprit. To catch the culprit, the issue has already been passed to a responsible party to investigate. However, there are no news of where the photos were leaked from yet. He said: "In the recent year, Raymond often plays the professional roles, so this time the photos catches attention. The scene was about Raymond being chased by debt collectors, and was forced to take sexy photos for an adult magazine. Because it was necessary for the scene, we made an actual magazine cover, the photos were passed to the assistant director, the computer department and the artist department. The photos went through so many people, but we're still investigating." He expressed that he does not know when the series will air: "Wait until Raymond comes back and can match a schedule (for promotions) first."
TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) expressed that according to normal procedures, two weeks before a series airs, the Foreign Affairs Department will release the series photos. This is the first time that there was a photo leakage, so it cannot be denied that there may be a 'mole' internally within TVB. Asked if the culprit is found, will legal action be taken? He expressed that it depends. If it was done for personal benefit, then it will not be tolerated and will get to the bottom of the issue. If Raymond fans wanted to help their idol promote, then they won't be accounted for. Raymond's manager expressed TVB is investigating the case and reserve the right to take legal action.
Denounces 'harm others without gaining anything'
Raymond is currently in Taiwan shooting for an MV for his Mandarin album. Towards the incident, Raymond feels unhappy, initially that scene was suppose to be a surprise for audience. Now that Netizens seen it ahead of time, it really spoiled the creators' hard efforts. He said: "In fact, these kind of situations happen often, but just this time it is more serious. (Fans said that the photos were purchased!) Well I'm not sure about that." As for Charmaine, she urged that people should not do harmful things for personal benefit, she said: "I hope this doesn't happen again. Every series spends a lot of resources. Before the official release of the series, nothing can be leaked. It is a great lost to both TVB and the artists. I hope TVB can face the issue and found out the truth."
Toby Leung said: "I heard of this leakage incident and felt shocked. But Charmaine and Raymond are so popular, many people want to get a first look at their appearance in the series. Raymond's jumpy tiger look is pretty cute!"
