On his hospital bed, he reveals that the scar runs from his wrist up to his elbow and the condition is considered serious. Fortunately, there was no bloodstains on his wound, looks like he already stopped the bleeding. He wrote: "I am really hurt!"

Many of his good friends from the industry including Raymond Cho, Evergreen Mak, Yoyo Chen, Chris Lai, Nancy Wu, Felix Wong, Elaine Yiu and more left messages to comfort him. Raymond even spoked to Kevin like a father: "Take good care of yourself! You have to stop eating spicy, sour and seafoods. You must not work too hard, sleep late, have bad temper or scold at anyone!"
