The finale of TVB series Storm in a Cocoon broadcasted last night. Helena Ma invited the cast and crew for a celebration dinner and to watch the finale together. Although Steven's blood pressure has gone up, he hasn't made time to go in for a body checkup. He said: "I only drink a cup of coffee a day to keep the heart at ease and to prevent irritation." Earlier Steven opened a production company in Mainland and HK and is now preparing to direct and act in a new film about family love. He will also be launching his new album soon, "I recorded a duet with Fala Chen and I wanted her and Linda Chung to schedule time off to shoot a MV for me. I gave them a lucky packet with 'Love You Forever' written on it as a gift for their help." Steven hopes to sign on a female artist to join his company, he wanted to sign with Fala before, but it is still not confirmed.

Earlier Matt Yeung was going to marry his girlfriend of many years, but it ultimately didn't work out. It was said he broke the engagement because he had a new love interest? Matt clarified: "The report is unfair to me. There isn't proof that I broke the engagement. I've been dating my current girlfriend Ms. Tsang for several months now. She was introduced by a friend. Since Vanessa Yeung and Bosco Wong made their 'sister-brother relationship' public, their relationship had been put to the test with the constant rumors and gossips. Artiste Eliza Sam (岑麗香) is filming at TVB City in Tseung Kwan O for new series Double Fantasies (無 雙譜) and accepted an interview. During the interview she said she is honoured to be working with so many seniors. She said "The drama will finish filming at the end of April. I am very happy to be working with Kristal Tin (田蕊妮)and Wayne Lai (黎耀祥). I can even get advice from them". She also said that to play her character, a lot of imagination has been used, such as taking a fish scale from her body to save someone. (Taking a rest after filming?) "I will be taking a rest, but have not thought of where to go".

When asked about TVB Executives taking interviews with artistes, she said she does not know anything about it. "I just enter the filming studio and leaving after work, I still have a long contract with TVB. (Is the company cutting down costs?) Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) attended the promotion campaign for TVB series, Ruse of Engagement (叛逃) and when asked if he had plastic surgery, he denied and said "I am sick after filming the series, All that is Bitter is Sweet (大藥坊). It does not matter and they can write whatever they want." Asked if he will considered plastic surgery in the future, Ruco said "I see how it goes in the future. Perhaps we can become young instantly after swallowing a pill by then. Usually people do not need any plastic surgery as it is dangerous. Those with clear eyes will know I do not have any plastic surgery."

Niki Chow and Richie Ren attended the press conference of new drama The Virtuous Queen of Han. Niki's boyfriend Jeremy Jones is also part of the cast, but he was absent from the event, asked if she was okay with that? She said: "The company makes the arrangements. I knew today I'm here with Richie to promote the theme song, Raymond Lam is part of the cast too and he didn't attend." During the programme, she shared her experiences about her daughter's health condition and when her mother passed away. Magaret confessed year 2011 was the saddest year for her and said "My daughter is admitted into the hospital for 3 months due to health problems when she is six months old. I am very worried when my mum is diagnosed with breast cancer and both are my loved ones. However, my mum is very optimistic and console me instead." Magaret revealed all these difficulties made her stronger and being a yoga instructor, she taught Yim and Bernice yoga to reduce stress.

After withdrawing from the entertainment industry, Magaret became a yoga instructor as she loved to reduce stress through yoga. Magaret said "There is once after Almen Wong and I finish filming in Australia, she encourages me to try yoga and the first few classes are quite difficult. But it helps me to train my concentration, patience and increase my body flexibility."

Artiste Steven Ma (馬浚偉) went to US, San Francisco for work performance and it was rare for him to have a break and will cherish the time given. Early morning, Steven went hiking alone and admired the scenery at the same time.

Steven posted a message in his blog: "I wake up early in the morning, eat my breakfast and do some exercises. I go hiking alone and the weather is very nice. Although I come here for work performance, but feel very relaxing." Earlier, he was hospitalised thus will be controlling his diet. Steven used to drink five cups of coffee daily but only drank 1 cup daily for the past two days. Steven wrote again "p.s . I only drink one cup of coffee daily. Not to worry, three master will fulfil his promise and health is my top priority. Thank you God!"

Evergreen Mak (麥長青) disclosed that he will start working on Easter Sunday and did not have the opportunity to bring his child for a vacation. Evergreen said "Does not even have the time for vacation and my daughter is 14 years old this year. She may not want to spend her vacation with me after one or two years later, so must go for a holiday together once there is an opportunity." Natalie Tong's (唐詩詠) role in TVB series, Storm in a Cocoon (守業者) was a 'liar girl' and tended to lack of dishonesty and involved in a love triangle subsequently. Natalie said "I use to act as a pitiful girl and it is easier act in such roles. This round, I am portraying as an active girl compared to the usual quiet roles. Thus, I intentionally try to behave active and engage in more conversation before the filming starts. With a good script, so I have to shout frequently for this role."

When asked that she had many scenes with Maggie Shiu (邵美琪) in the series, Natalie expressed that her knowledge did enhance under Maggie's guidance and said "Usually Maggie looks very cool and I do ask her about how to improve in acting skills. She then told me to be extral careful in saying the dialogue clearly."

Yesterday Linda Chung attended an Ocean Park children charity event. Linda appeared in a bright red dress, showing off her beautiful long legs and performed a few songs to her crowd of fans who were all there to support her. Although Linda does not know how to swim, she still enjoys the underwater world. She went scuba driving twice and expressed she does have intentions to learn swimming to prepare for emergencies. Asked if she'll ask rumored boyfriend Philip Ng to teach her? She expressed he doesn't know how to swim either.

Linda just returned to HK from her trip to Vancouver to visit family. She disclosed she was there for 3 weeks and took the opportunity to recuperate her health. She said: "I want to be a successful woman, so I must have a balance lifestyle. There is a good balance between work and family. (How can you be successful if you're not married?) I believe I can do it. (Any plans?) Not sure! (Proposed several times?) No." To prevent the media from asking more questions about her love life, Linda changed the subject and expressed she experienced 5 hours of turbulence on her way back to HK.

After 31 year old Koni Lui married her husband Dickson Wong in 2011, she always talked about her desires to have a baby and it had always been rumored several times that Koni was pregnant. Yesterday Tavia Yeung, Steven Ma, Evergreen Mak, Natalie Tong, Maggie Siu and the rest of the cast of TVB series Storm in a Cocoon attended a bus cruising promotional event in Tsim Sha Tsui. A few days ago, Steven Ma was admitted to the hospital due to feeling dizzy and high blood pressure. He stayed in the hospital overnight for observation. Steven disclosed he had X-rays, blood work and chest examinations done while he was in the hospital, but the cause of the high blood pressure and dizziness has not been found yet. Perhaps it is related to the condition he has in his heart.

Steven expressed that day when he felt unwell, he was most worried about getting a stroke. He said: "That day I was feeling so dizzy and I felt a huge surge of blood rushing up to my head. My arms and legs were twitching and my blood pressure went up to 180. The doctor feared I would get a stroke, and that was one of my greatest worries as well. If I didn't die from the stroke, then I would cause trouble for my family." It turns out Steven has a habit of drinking 5 cups of black coffee per day. The doctor said he is just slowly committing suicide. After this incident, Steven decided to give up on black coffee.

Ruco Chan was on a radio station to promote for his new series Ruse of Engagement. It was rumored because Yoyo Mung left TVB, the series was warehoused for 3 years. Ruco denied: "I don't think so. There are a lot of other artists in this series. TVB invested in resources to shoot a TV series, I don't think they'll freeze it. (Do you believe the rumors?) No, it won't be that influential. There have been many other artists whom have left TVB, but their series still gets broadcasted."

When speaking of Steven Ma's hospitalization earlier due to high blood pressure, Ruco had previously worked with him before, he frankly expressed he did not know: "Huh?! He's so slim and still got high blood pressure? Must really take good care of our health. Its quite a pain if that leads to a stroke, it will cause a huge impact. (He's discharged?) Ruco expressed he gets his physical done annual. "In the past 2-3 years, I've been shooting series nonstop. In my last check up, the doctor found that I had elevated liver enzymes. It is pretty dangerous because there is a high possibility that I have liver disease. In the end, the doctor gave me medication to control it."

Samantha Ko (高海寧) attended an event and revealed that she will be working on this upcoming new series, Line Walker (使徒行者). In this series, she behaved as a modern woman and looked agressive, and it was similar to Korea Drama, My Love from the Star (來自星星的你) female lead, Chun Song Yi (千頌伊).

Samantha then laughed and confessed she was addicted to that Korea drama, My Love from the Star. She hoped she could apply leave to see Kim Soo Hyun (金秀賢) who will come to Hong Kong next month.

Artiste Steven Ma (馬浚偉) had heart problem all along. Yesterday, he went into the hospital due to a sudden of dizziness and a rose in high blood pressure. The doctor then requested him to admit into hospital for further observations. On his blog, Steven uploaded a self-taken photo and assured his fans not to worry and some improvements in his condition now.

Steven promised he will attend the promotion event tomorrow and wrote "Thank you for everyone concern. Although I am tired, but feel much better now. We can play again during the promotion campaign for the series, Storm in a Cocoon (守業者) tomorrow! Please stay tune to Storm in a Cocoon, episode 23 tonight!"

Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) went to Canada (加拿大) for a vacation and visited her family as well. She uploaded a photo on Weibo (微博) of a dog sleeping. Linda wrote: "Love is in the air today!!!!". Linda was dressed in casual clothes with spectacle and enjoyed the lovely sunshine while waiting for the vehicle. Enjoying the vacation and Linda wrote: "Freedom, I love! The air from Korea keeps blowing and many female artistes are influenced by Cheon Song Yi's (千頌伊) role image in Korea drama, Love from a Star (來自星星的你). Sharon Chan (陳敏之) was one of the artistes who was addicted to the drama and from her self-taken photo, her hairstyle is similar to Cheon Song Yi. Looking at Sharon, does anybody agree she has the feel of Cheong Song Yi?

Ever since Vanessa Yeung (楊崢) was exposed being 9 years older than Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and endless rumours were appearing, Vanessa suddenly applied leave from the radio station and led to everyone believing that she took leave to heal her wounds.

When everyone's attention was on her, Vanessa posted a message in her blog that she will be writing a book on food and going to Europe to gather some research. She said "I work in radio station around 1 year plus and feel very happy to have an opportunity for sharing my knowledge with everybody." Vanessa expressed her gratitude to the radio station for supporting her and she will be focusing on her second book this year and perform some research in Europe. She hoped she will be able to release her new book soon and meet everyone as well.

Being a talented woman. Vanessa said "I wish to show my gratitude to my relatives, friends and fans who have been supporting and loving me."

As Vanessa will be going to Europe for some time and separated from Bosco for some time, not sure if Bosco will be following her and taste the food delicacies together?

Singer Stephanie Ho was on a radio interview to promote for her new song. When speaking of TVB series Gilded Chopsticks' finale, Stephanie frankly expressed she misses it: "I miss myself. I hope there will be an opportunity to shoot a sequel." She expressed she will be participating in a lawyer related series in the summer, but she's not sure what role she's portraying yet. The other cast in the series includes Ben Wong, Louisa So, Elaine Yiu and Miss Hong Kong Grace Chan.

Also, when speaking of the rumor that she and her fellow peer from The Voice, Brian Tse, are cohabiting and Brian was spotted in her house? Stephanie clarified: "We are not cohabiting. I'm good friends with many of my peers from The Voice. We're just friends. I watched Storm in a Cocoon too, after watching I think she and Kenneth were really matching in The Hippocratic Crush. (Can you accept a girlfriend who got plastic surgery done because of you?) I care more about the ideals and thoughts. I don't care about the looks. When I turn 50, it is impossible for me to look like how I am now. If its true, then that's really frightening."

Steven Ma admitted before he suffers from a heart condition of many years. He has to go in for regular follow up visits with his doctor and take medication on a regular basis to control his condition. Earlier before he flew out to Mainland to shoot for TVB series Storm in a Cocoon, he was hospitalized because his heart felt unwell from overworking and the bitter heat during filming. Yesterday Steven was spotted with a female friend at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. He had a mask on and he looked pale. At one point, the medical personnel had to help him get up from the wheel chair. It looked like he was having a difficult time. Later he sent a SMS response to reporters, he said because he felt dizzy and his blood pressure went up, he immediately went to get it checked at the hospital. The doctor wanted him to stay in the hospital for observation.

It was understood Steven carries his medication with him at all times in case of an emergency. One time Steven's heart rate exceeded 170, and another time it was even more severe, his heart was beating so fast he felt like his whole body was bouncing. Although his condition is worrisome, Steven still works hard filming his series and continues to play his favorite Badminton as a form of exercise.

Recently, reports had been pointing that Steven Ma (馬浚偉) had a weight gain and confessed that he did grow fatter too, due to consuming 'milk powder' reason. Steven said "Lately, I see many messages that I have gain weight and this is true.I feel that I am 'meaty' now and guess this is the side effect from the 'milk powder'. Please do not worry. I will go on a diet once satisfied with my muscle. I will not let myself become a 'fat man'. However, please bear with me for the time being and allow me to change my name to 'pig' Chun Wai. Haha!"

In fact, Steven was trying to gain weight in order to grow some muscles. It was obvious that Steven's arm was big and full of confidence in the self-taken photo.

Yesterday Karena Ng attended a Japanese brand event, and when reporters mentioned she was spotted with boyfriend Raymond Lam hand-in-hand shopping for handbags, asked if Raymond bought her many handbags? Yesterday Aimee Chan and Jan Lamb were invited to McDonald's "National BREAKFAST Day" event. The two threw on their aprons and gave out free ham and egg sandwiches to the citizens standing in line. As a first time mother, Aimee expressed she's still not used to waking up early and her son Aiden is slowly learning words, such as "Goo", "Ba" and "Ma". She never thought her little baby could understand his Chinese name and say "Good".

Aimee disclosed Aiden has finally been given a Chinese name, and she took initiative to write it down to show to the media. She said: "Aiden's Chinese name is 'Chan Chi Yip' (陳梓燁). Chi is a type of building made of a special type of wood, which represents Aiden will be successful when he grows up. Yip means magnificent and brilliant. I hope his life will shine." Aimee laughed and said her Chinese isn't so good, so she will have to practice more on writing her son's Chinese name. "I studied design, I don't want my son's name to be too common and I wanted the Chinese character to look beautiful when written. Our whole family participated in coming up with the name. In the past year, Shirley Yeung's image has hit rock bottom after the news broke out that she became an unmarried mother and its still a mystery who the father of her baby is, thus she was frozen by TVB. During her exclusive interview with [SkyPost], Shirley answered all questions positively and with dignity. "Women can strive to be stronger. Being a single mother is not a problem at all. Since the Heaven made arrangements for you to walk down this path, then let's see how this mother that I am can take on different roles, and be a father too." Wilson Chin directed a new film called Black Comedy, he disclosed for this film, he wanted to tell a story about an angel and a devil. Life is Much Happier with a Baby

That year, she made an one-sided announcement that she broke up with her boyfriend Gregory Lee of 9 years. It was said she left Gregory for former Hong Kong driver Andy Ng and was pregnant with his baby. Willing to Portray a Mistress

When speaking of her career, Shirley had been frozen by TVB for two years. Last year TVB finally unfroze her and gave her the opportunity to participate in new series All the Bitter is Sweet, portraying Linda Chung's step-mother. I also need to lose some weight, my goal is to lose 5-6 pounds. I hope to portray a relatively pitiful and innocent looking girl." She expressed its been a while since she collaborated with Moses, last time it was In the Eye of the Beholder, she expressed she feels the happiness that Aimee Chan has, having Moses as her husband. 'Seun Poon' Kenneth Ma appeared at Tseung Kwan O to shoot a smoking cessation program. Because Kenneth is currently filming a costume drama which required him to shave his head, he appeared with a wig and reporters teased he looked just like singer Donald Cheung.

As a non-smoker, Kenneth expressed he tries to convince his friends to quit: "I tell them not to smoke so much. Smoking isn't economical and its bad for your health." When choosing a girlfriend, does she lose points if she smokes? Kenneth said a non-smoker is one of his criteria when choosing a girlfriend: "Yes it would be a turn off because my whole family does not smoke. A non-smoker is one of my girlfriend criteria. Last October, Artiste Angela Tong (湯盈盈) and Chin Ka Lok's (錢嘉樂) daughter, Alyssa (錢凱晴) was born. A blink of the eyes and their daughter was already 1 year old. With regards to Ruco Chan was unhappy with his manager's (經理人) favouritism towards Edwin in terms of kept helping him to accept jobs. Ruco denied and said: "Job is arranged by the company and it depends on the clients' requests. Edwin and I are primary school classmates and it is a fate that we are filming together. It definitely will not affect our friendship."

Edwin denied this rumour as well and disclosed that he was happy working with Ruco as they were like brothers. He further revealed that they went for stage performance together in Genting earlier and they were more familiar with each other now. Edwin laughed and said "My manager has many artistes under his portfolio and should I get jealous of Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) accepting many jobs?"

Artiste, Yoyo Mung (蒙嘉慧) took a vacation for a period of time and will be returning to film series again. Yoyo uploaded a photo of her script and resumed to a life of memorising the script. Some fans posted their comments that they looked forward to Yoyo new series.

Raymond Lam's (林峯) relationship with Karena Ng (吳千語) had always been very loving and ever since they were together, Raymond would turn on his 'automatic' and stopped in exchanging conversation with the female artistes. During the filming for the new series, Line Walker in Kowloon City, Raymond will used his mobile to message his girlfriend, Karena once finished completing the scenes with Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) and Ankie Beilke (貝安琪).

Thus, it was uncertain if Raymond avoided them due to Karena's jealously and to assure her as well. As for Charmaine, she returned to her nanny van to take a rest while Ankie chatted to other foreign co-artistes.

Jessica confessed that she was tired of being a career woman and it was a success that she acted as a villain in the Mainland China drama. When asked about her relationship, Jessica said "I am not telling anything, have to be careful and considerate to the opposite party. In case the reporters dig the opposite party's background so it is best to keep as a secret."

Kristal Tin (田蕊妮) was promoting her pre-launching new album in a radio station and and revealed that the date of launching her new album was the same as her husband, Chapman To (杜汶澤) releasing his new series.

When asked if she noticed the news about Anthony Wong (黃秋生) and Chapman's news, Kristal jokingly said "How can I miss it? It is as eye-catching as a commercial and I remain puzzled after repeated thinking. (Anthony criticised Chapman?) That's right! Anthony Wong, anything wrong? Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) participated the promotion for TVB Series, Gilded Chopsticks (食為奴) and together with the casts in this series distributed a total of 500 salty fish buns (鹹魚包). The response was excellent. Cho Lam laughed and revealed he had reserved two buns for his girlfriend, Leanne Li (李亞男), and praised her cooking skills had improved as well.

Also, Anna (上山詩鈉) followed Leanne to learn how to cook kimchi fried rice (泡菜炒飯). Cho Lam said "I do not eat Kimchi Fried Rice but I eat it too and it is delicious. However, we do not cook together as I know how to cook rice and she should cook rice for me to eat."

Recently, Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) is busy filming for the TVB new series, Line Walker (使徒行者) and able to return home to rest after filming. However, Charmaine remembered to take some self-taken photos including her sleeping photo and uploaded into her blog.

Charmaine wrote "To watch a scene is very easy but to film a scene is not that easy. Finally completed! Though feeling tired, as long as a word 'OK' from the Producer, I feel relieved and go to sleep after trying my best." It showed that she was a 'big sister' indeed as she did not slack though already popular in Hong Kong. Some netizens posted their comments that Charmaine looked attractive while sleeping.

Drama after drama's Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍), a few days ago disclosed that the first time he entered the entertainment industry he had only $40 daily allowance and even dating was a difficulty. (How do you date with $40) Go with girlfriend to a fast food restaurant and use coupons. After working in a children's program, he earned a salary of $4800. (How do you support your family?) When we were filming, the kiss scenes came one after the other, it just felt so awkward. Luckily, we are all professionals and the filming went smoothly."

In the series, Ben and Joey's relationship was love at first sight. The simple and innocent feeling made Ben think back to his first love. He laughed: "In the past year, I haven't done much romantic scenes, this time my relationship with Joey is very simple and innocent.
