Jessica Hsuan (宣萱) accepted an interview during a programme (Vinci's Code) by nowTV. Jessica regained her single status in the recent years and was reminded of herself accepting series after series with no breaks at all. She said "The competition is tough in the past and will grab the opportunity immediately with no stoppage at all. However since after filming the series, A Step into the Past and fall sick, I then realise family and health are most important."

Jessica confessed that she was tired of being a career woman and it was a success that she acted as a villain in the Mainland China drama. She then said "Hope to receive a role in the future that the audiences will scold me even when I am out in the street." When asked about her relationship, Jessica said "I am not telling anything, have to be careful and considerate to the opposite party. In case the reporters dig the opposite party's background so it is best to keep as a secret."
