Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) always keeps an extremely fit body figure and her
methods of keeping fit is jogging and weight lifting. She said "I love
to run on (Tai Kong Ji 太空機) without air-con for 45 minutes, around 5 to 6
times per week. But I can only run once per week when I am filming and
carry 5 pounds of weight lifting. (What about diet?) I need to control
as love to eat. I thought God is very good to me for giving me a slim
body no matter how much I eat. However during this 2 years, I need to
stop eating supper slowly as will get fat. Before, I will eat (Hor Fun)
and congee, but only eat 2 chocolate biscuits for supper now.".
