It was first time for artiste Steven Ma (馬浚偉) to step into ATV despite working in entertainment industry for several years. He was invited as the guest to attend the program, Lok Fu and expressed that he was not afraid of stirring the anger of TVB as he had no contract with them anymore. Prior to that, he had already informed Catherina Tsang (曾勵珍) as TVB was his old home after all. When asked if ATV's financial situation did not look good and if he was paid to attend the program, Steven replied he was not paid as the event was to promote Hokkien which was meaningful and money was not the main point.

Steven felt that ATV could continue with its operations or applied the licence again, and said: "I feel very happy upon stepping in and it was the first time in my life. No thoughts of stepping into ATV before and it was a fresh feeling." When the program mentioned about the ups and downs in one's life, Steven expressed that it was a pity for the passing away of his mum due to illness and he felt deeply guilty until now, as there was a need for him to shoulder most of the responsibility. As a result, he suffered severe depression and required to see a doctor. Steven managed to recover in year 2007 after believing the religion.
