Somebody has been using Leo Ku's name to advertise a charity event, and the singer is not liking it at all.

As reported on Sina News, the singer, who attended a rehearsal for an upcoming concert alongside Shiga Lin, Mag Lam and Charmaine Fong recently, denied that he will be involved in a charity event in mainland China, after a poster of such event circulated online.

The said poster, which has been posted on the internet, featured a photo of the singer with the title "Film Star and Prince of Love Song Leo Ku Fan-Meeting". It is stated on the poster that he will be performing in a bar in mainland China on Saturday and the profit will be donated to charity.

However, upon close examination, it was revealed that it was not Leo Ku on the poster but a man who closely resembles him.

Leo said, "Many of my friends even contacted me to make sure, since they were surprised when they saw the poster. I have called [EEG manager] Mani to follow up."

Leo said that while he doesn't mind people imitating his style, he dislikes the fact that they are using his name on the poster for publicity.

"I don't want fans to be deceived, so I hope everyone would be careful," said Leo.

Meanwhile, according to YCWB News, Mani Fok stated that she has considered it a serious case and has handed the case over to their lawyer.

TVB actress Samantha Ko recently expressed her displeasure after a photoshopped photo of her face on a body of a naked woman holding hands with a child circulated online.

As reported on Mingpao News, the actress, who attended the premiere dinner for TVB's "Line Walker" recently, stated, "This is not the first time a person did this to my photo. I have kept quiet about it before, but it seems that it's getting worse."

"I feel so embarrassed about it but helpless at the same time. I don't think mothers would appreciate such pranks, and it is very disrespectful to children," she added.

Samantha also encouraged the public to do more charity work rather than wasting their time creating fake photos.

"If they like me, they should support my work instead," said the actress.

Hong Kong singer Yumiko Cheng recently admitted that her husband, makeup artist Andy Leung, was indeed a divorcé, according to Mingpao News.

Previously, a Hong Kong tabloid published a cropped photo of the singer's marriage registration application and mentioned that Andy's status was written as divorced.

In response, Yumiko, who appeared at the Commercial Radio recently, admitted, "Yes. He was quite young when he married the first time. He was 21 or 22 years old at the time."

"I've already known this fact since we were dating," said Yumiko.

Yumiko Cheng and husband, makeup artist Andy Leung, will finally be holding their long overdue Hong Kong wedding banquet next month.

As reported on Mingpao News, the couple, who held their pre-wedding party in Koh Samui, Thailand in November last year, is expected to invite their family members, relatives and friends in Shanghai to the banquet, aside from those who were not able to join them at the pre-wedding event, including Nicholas Tse, Joey Yung and Twins.

Yumiko revealed that they originally planned to hold the wedding earlier this year, but had difficulties preparing for the wedding due to their busy schedule.

TVB alumnus Raymond Lam recently denied upcoming participation as a judge for ATV's Miss Asia Pageant.

As reported on Mingpao News, the actor, who appeared at the press conference of his new series "Line Walker" on 19 August, was confused when asked about ATV's Executive Director Ip Ga Bo's invitation to become a judge for the upcoming Miss Asia Pageant.

"That's so funny. I have not heard any news about this and have not contacted anyone about it. It might have been a mistake. There is no such thing," he said.

Raymond said that he has no plans for the moment and will only discuss his work arrangements in a few months.

Meanwhile, when asked about his promotional obligations to "Line Walker", Raymond said that he will try his best to attend all events. But for now, the actor has no plans to collaborate in another TVB series just yet.

In regard to rumours of him signing with Zhejiang Satellite TV, Raymond reiterated his past statement - that he prefers signing with a Hong Kong-based agency instead.

Rumour has it that Chinese model-actress Viann Zhang and Hong Kong star Michelle Ye are not getting along despite working together on China's fashion reality TV show, "Muse Dress" (also known as "The Goddess's New Dress").

According to Tencent Entertainment, the two actresses, who are both romantically linked to actor Wallace Huo, reportedly have not communicated well on the show and tried their best to avoid each other.

However, while both stars did not directly deny the rumours, Viann recently dismissed rumours of romance with Wallace.

"I am on working mode right now and it consumes a lot of my energy," said Viann, who broke up with actor Li Chen last year. "When it comes to relationship, I will let fate decide it."

Meanwhile, Michelle admitted that it is natural for contestants of a reality show to have tense moments among each other.

Filming movie in England in September

Charmaine also disclosed she will be filming movie version of Triumph in the Skies (衝上雲霄) in England in September and they were currently amending the script. After her relationship with her former lover Wang Ziqi was exposed at the beginning of the year, Hong Kong actress Sire Ma reportedly has not received any new work opportunities. Her financial woes worsened when she filed lawsuits against seven companies under Next Media Limited, for exposing a video clip which showed her making steamy dance moves in racy lingerie last month.
