According to a report from Mainland China, Cecilia was recently spotted coming in and out of the luxury villa of a 47 years old millionaire Sun Donghai(孫東海). Sun Donghai was seen putting his hand on her waist and it was reported that the two were kissing on the street. Sun Donghai was the former boyfriend of actress Xiao Ran Li(李小冉) and he was also involved in a rumor with actress Yin Tao(殷桃).

According to the report, Mainland China reporters were following Cecilia Cheung(張栢芝), Jingle Ma(馬楚成), and Richie Ren(任賢齊) when they were hanging out in Beijing. Cecilia suddenly left and went to a luxury villa nearby. Reporters were waiting outside for days until they saw Cecilia bought a case of red wine back to the villa. The one who came out of the car first was Cecilia and then followed by none other than millionaire Sun Donghai.

To accommodate Cecilia's busy schedule, it is said Sun Donghai spent tremendous amount of money to make her life more comfortable. He bought properties near the airports of Beijing and Singapore for her so it would be easier for her to travel back and forth between two cities.

In addition, it is said the two knew each other for a long time. Sun Donghai is the best friend of Nicholas Tse's father Patrick Tse(謝賢). In 2012, Nicholas went to visit Sun Donghai with his dad. There were rumors that they were close relatives.
