A few days ago, artiste Wayne Lai (黎耀祥) attended healthy food brand event as spokesperson and he expressed he took good care of his health especially at this age. Other than taking health supplements, Wayne also went for healthy food and swimming: "I will do exercises whenever not filming. Recently, I go for swimming, running and eating bland food everyday."

When asked if he will reduce filming due to health reason, Wayne said: "Nope as I will film one series at a time so as to have good condition. I am willing to try out new stuff such as filming movie and reality show in Mainland China." Asking if he will become 'Lord of Shanghai' this year, Wayne said: "I am very happy and it is a rare cast team. Everyone gives his/ her best efforts and hopes to achieve good ratings result."
